Leaves curling. Please help.

My leaves are curling, mainly the tops, but there is no discoloration. Other than the curling they look healthy. Is this heat stress?? No pictures right now but I will upload some when my lights go off.

Eh ignore that i posted b4 i read all the way. But how often do you water and whats the temps in there

Water every other day, temps are usually 75-78 with my lights on. No discoloration they're just curling upwards.

Mate I asked this exact same question a few days ago, same watering schedule.
I think like me you have been overwatering.
No more water until you can get pics on. The thing won't get thirsty for a week unless in a desert so don't worry.
