is the 'other bottle' solely for knowing when its run out or does it serve another purpose as you said 'run the plastic tubing from the top of the 2l containing yeast solution into the air or into the other 2l filled with water' OR being the word causing my confusion.... and being stoned of course.

you dont need 2 bottles,
the other 2 liter bottle with water would be a airlock..not neccessary as your not drinking the waste product (alchohol)

fill a 3 liter bottle or milk juk 1/2 way with warm water....2 tblspns yeast and 1 cup of sugar...shake and cap with your tubing run to your fan...done.

sorry for the lack of updates guys. been super sick and havent been able to get over to the grow in a few. gonna pack up[ the camera today and head on over.

im actually thinking about switching my nutrients in flowering to the general hydroponics stuff. I just dont feel im getting the production out of the organics...i may be worng. nothing thats going to happen immidiatly, i am going to see how the DWC BBG comes out before i make any decisions.

after this run ill be downsizing anyways i believe as i think im going to have to relocate the grow...maybe not....not sure. anyways a better update coming later tonight or this weekend....im actually anxious to see my girls havent seen em in what feels like at least a week, should be pretty far along as this is the end of week 5 in flower.

lol RTB all that shit talk about about me not bein 100% irganic ;) i would suggest combineing the 2, after your education with organics it should be a simpler task for you.
i would derive you P from organic sources, bone meal guano, so you can continue inoculations without killing everything off with synthetics, while in turn have you N and K and lower doses of P supplied synthetically. grow formulas are the only thing i use been having hella results with dynagro grow. but you should take a look a bonnie's plant and herb food that shit was awesome i cant wait to get some more.

jking. more questioned my methods>? who care lol im just saying. 100% sythetics is alright but when you can get the best of both worlds.....
but myself after working with compost teas for so long now, and how seeing how beneficial they are and fill the gaps syths cant fill i would never give those up.

been like that for me this whole grow, pain in the arse, i like being in there with them. lol. also, i dont think there'll be another one going on there after this one finishes in 2 weeks or so however, i did get to check on em last night and wow, @ 8 weeks 12/12 so they've come on loads in last 5 days... :eyesmoke: wouldnt have noticed so much i suppose if i was in there with them every day.
hope your better soon m8, i been laid up with for weeks too, was a chore just going to see em but had to be done innit???

i got some pics, ill upload em in a bit. everytime i go over to my grow my timer is off somehow...getting a bit sick of this shit and im so glad that this run is almost over. wont be doing anymore grows untill i have a solid place and a solid power source. the power source is fine where im at but the old timer makes me plug into a fucking surge strip and it keeps popping. and he refuses to let me go directly into the wall and let the breaker in the power panel do its job.

anyways..my yeild is going to suffer but theres not much i can do about it.
