told her to water the seedlings and I come home to find the bulb a hair length away from these and I guess the drooping one was lacking water horribly.. will they heal? I gave them a nice spray and on top of watering now... aren't just bagseeds either.. sigh ​

I don't know man they look pretty far gone to me maybe if cannabis jesus comes by and miracles them back to life but aside from that I'd say their toast. The fat stems at the base with the wilting and fallen over tops looks like a classic case of damping off but that may be from the light scorching them. Either way the situation looks pretty hopeless and I'm a glass half-full type of person.

I saw a hint of green in pic 2, so was being hopeful.. but it's not looking good at all - I have to agree there.

Well the stem has some green, but the cotyledons (which the tiny seedling relies upon 100% for all it's energy at this stage in the game) have essentially been severed from the roots. It has no energy reserves and no way to photosynthesize i.e. it is dead.

If they were heirloom / rare seeds, would try it from root culture, as a last ditch effort. Not many I know of do so, however.. and it's generally not cost-effective for most seeds one would be planting.

only reason why I told her to was because I had to go away for 3 days and they just couldn't last on their own, again I apologize for double posting but I have some good news ( I think ) im not letting her tend my plants again and is this a sign of life? ? I know the other one is dead..

Is that the one from the first photo? It was a little blurry and I wondered if it was the plant itself or the skin/seed looking all yellow and brown - looks to be the latter. I still give it a small chance, but you'll know soon enough now.
