Very sick people rape women and children. Green river Gary Ridgway after killing the victims had sex with the corps for up to 3 days after there death. Rape is a sick violent act that should care a death sentence. These people don't change they continue to commit these crimes no matter how long they are put in prison as soon as they are out back to the same old beheaver. I can't believe that in this country anyone gets away with rape. This is a sad commentary on our country.

we are the adults now and have dropped the ball when it comes to raising children, most of my generation wants to be friends with their children, and never teach their kids to respect them or anyone else.
maybe these rapists just needed more time outs?.... i would suggest spankings like we (the majority of America prior to the 90's) got, but that's cruel by today's standards.... right.... but after reading thru many of the suggestions for punishment posted on this very forum, with one gruesome recommendation after another, it seems its not actually the cruelty we have a problem with.... its that we have grow to weak to even do whats right for our own kids, remember when your parents said this hurts me more than it does you as they were whoopin your ass?, it confused the hell out of me at the time, but now its perfectly clear how much they loved me to put themselves thru what they had to, to ensure their child understood the meaning of consequences to your actions....

All I know is that who lets their kid go to a party to get shitfaced drunk and pass out? Beat the hell out of your kids, keep them little fuckers in line and they wont end up dead because you wanted to be their friend instead of their parent. I say prosecute the parents for neglect and child endangerment.
