Alright, so after some more research and posting it on a canadian gardening site (actual gardening), im fairly certain that its a maple tree seedling. Explains the super slow growth even under over 400 watts of juice for 24 hours a day, whilst the chron plant is blowing up.

One on the left is a maple seedling and on the right is herb. Two different plants as I just said
