There are determinate varieties of tomatoes and such due to intense breeding, but im not sure which one came first. Probably determinate species, and then we made them indeterminate for consumer satisfaction.

Cannabis should yellow out towards the end of its life.
Seeing as pretty much all heirloom tomatoes are indeterminate, I would think that the determinate trait was selected during the making of the bush varieties. I can't say with complete confidence though... Good question for Uncle Ben.

I have a haze plant that is about as close to an indeterminate variety that I have ever seen. When I cut it down at 14 weeks, it has fresh new growth shooting out right from the tip of fully mature hazy spears/buds. I could probably let it go 20 weeks and it would finish all the way... but, eh,,

From what I understand... (I could be wrong )The extreme determinate mj plants we are all enjoying are a result of breeding.

thats awesome..probably the same for tomatoes..bred into them. weve been working on them for years. thats kinda what i was thinking. and here is a real (minature) chemdawg..but also with super skunk so it gets some sativa leaves from that..drgruber, yours looks like it has kush influence in it.

we both definitely have chemdawg in our plants.

According to Dr Greenthumb his Chemdawg is an S1 from the original Chemdawg #4 cut. Not a bit of anything extra in it. Which Chem Cut do you have? Is it supposed to be #4?

But I wanna ask u this I looked on dr green thumbs list of beans and price why is it that the bubba kush katsu cut is 200 for two beans and the bubba OG is 200 for ten beans? I also wanna ask what's the genetics in the freedom strain your growing?

the F35 is
Iranian Indica X Afghanistani

As for the price of beans....from what i understand the Bubba OG puts out a ton more seeds then does the Bubba Katsu. So Doc can spend an entire grow cycle and only get a handful of seeds from some plants and has to charge a higher price. Same for the G13.

According to Doc himself you can get 2-3 pound plants off Chemdawg #4 if you have vertical lighting in a checkerboard pattern and deep water culture and flower at 18-24 inches.

Yeah...i had a few too many things going on during the grow and it got away from me. I am certain i can get way better yields next time. It may be awhile before I'm pulling 2-3 pounders but im pretty sure that if i had done everything correctly i would have pulled at least a 1/2 lb to 3/4 of an lb from each. I have 1 going in a smaller pot (2.5gal) and it looks very healthy and should pull a much better yield.

Doc what's the difference between the two? Is one more potent better tasting heavier yielder? And also when u read on greenthumbs site it says Yield (g/m²) 350 to 450 what does the number and letters in parenthesis mean?

You should probably send dr.greenthumb those questions.
hope that didn't read rude, I just meant its greenthumbs dept.

yeah...Doc can answer questions better then I. But i think you got the idea....perhaps the katsu has more flavor and the pre 98 more yield but i really dont know.

......g/m2 means grams per square meter.......
