Last I heard, the Feds quit caring about ops with <100 plants, and won't actively pursue anything with 200+ plant count... local authorities have their own agenda.

It all depends on where you are at. Feds in flint/detroit have a different agenda than feds in the UP.
Those guys won't be out in 18 months either. They will have to serve atleast 85% percent of their time and go through federal halfway house also.
