Stressful grow in the 3rd world... time to harvest?

Hi, this is my first grow and unfortunately due to lack of resources/technicalities of where I am in the world, my plants have undergone some stress.

Supposedly "white widow" bagseed.
Started out with 7 seeds, 2 of which ended up being male, and were tossed.

Started with 24 hour CFL veg for 8 weeks with NPK 20/20/20 once a week (all that can be found here)

followed by 12/12 CFL flowering (only nutrients: NPK 20/20/20 once/week), currently on day 1 of week 12 in flowering.

week 11 I switched to 11/13 (longer dark)
just turned the dial to 10/14 for (what I'm hoping to be) the final week.

Grow is indoor and with soil. Watering 3-4 times a week. Stopped feeding nutrients last week.

I can't find a 40x lens here to check the trichomes.

I need expert advice, here are some pics, and sorry for the quality..
Do they look ready to harvest in a week?

If I'm forgetting any details let me know, thank u!

do not chop next weeek, if u dont have a mic dont worry, wait until the white hairs have turned brown and have been almost eaten by the swelling bud. Chopping now will result in low yield as the resin production is not complete and the strength will be poor cf when they are finished. You have done well considring the enviro which looks hot by the bud formation, peace (just grown a 23 oz plant under a 600w...btw)

Dude those buds look Good. So you can't order a jewelers scope or anything like that? Another thing to consider is a microscope. You can find those in kids chemistry sets etc.

How many weeks do you guys think are left?
So I should probably set the timer back to 12/12
If its not white widow, what do you guys think the strain looks like?

They look great considering your limited resources. Looks like they could do with another couple of weeks, though some of the pics look nearly there. It looks like you have some decaying leaf matter within the colas, be careful with that as it can easily turn to bud rot. Hope you get a good harvest and enjoy the fruits of it :-)

woah I had no idea that could happen this late. just set it back to 12/12
the only reason I played with it is because I read this online and many people seemed to have supported it:

- With 2 weeks left change your light cycle from 12/12 to 11/13 (longer dark)

- With 1 week left change your light cycle to 10/14 (longer dark)

- Put them in total darkness for the final 48-72 hours

found a "triplet 10x" loupe
but it seems difficult to tell if the trichomes are clear or cloudy?
i read online that 10x is fine, but i'm assuming i need higher magnification?
