17 day old Tijuana plant

I dont really no wats going on but this plant doesnt seem to b doing much of anything.... Although its indoor it gets 20 hours of light water and nutes when needed it just doesnt seem to grow... Any help will help

too much water probably... you gotta let it dry out a little between waterings

If it was hydro I'd sat ph,however I don't know 'bout dirt.

How long does it take to get dry and crusty? And do you have drainage holes in your containers?

Ya i have drainage hole and it usually takes three or four days

what light is it under? If its taking 3 or 4 days for such a small container to dry out it must be pretty cold there?

damn it looks like shes overwatered and i dont see no perlite what so ever in that soil, id mix some of that in there it will help out with the drainage ALOT!

200 watts cfl plus 2 120 cfl bulbs to me it feels pretty warm o ya im using cool white bulbs .... My bad let me correct myself im using 4 t nee12 florescent bulbs plus the other lights i mentioned... N the bulbs are 8ft long
