I noticed that with the PK I grew out also! Hell, it kinda looks like the "wind" has blew through & just flipped the leaves over! ;) they look happy though! Nice & green bro... keep it up.. there looking damn good!! Your going to like the PK I'm sure!! That bitch rocks!
Thanks bro 4 posting the pics early 4 me though..

OK, Dank, here's some pics of the PK, but I'll be doing the weekly update tomorrow anyway.
One thing that puzzles me though, is how the leafs have always been floppy, ever since it was little, and I started LST'ing.
Even to the point that when I pull a branch over, the leafs might flop upside down, and they are happy to stay that way........
They never turn right side up.:?:View attachment 2650526View attachment 2650528View attachment 2650533View attachment 2650534View attachment 2650535View attachment 2650540View attachment 2650541

OK, here's this week's update, minus the PK pics since I posted those yesterday.
The Sour D. is 4 days from flip, I've just been leaving it outside at night, and the Kush got flipped last night also, and got to sleep outside at exactly 60 days of veg.
The white bucket is the cuttings from the last bagseed, and I can't decide to keep vegging or flip it also.
The 'Backup' seed I planted late Tuesday afternoon sprouted sometime last night, making it about 3 1/2 days to germ.May11bagseed_zpsd015f892.jpgMay11bagseed1_zps01a54d76.jpgMay11bagseed2_zps05bda4d8.jpgMay11SD_zpsb0bf3c5d.jpgMay11SD4daysafterflip_zps05275c5a.jpgMay11SD_zps2bca90a7.jpgMay11MPsprout_zps62b6a331.jpgMay11Mendopurp_zpse128f3dd.jpg

Dammit, you're just TOO anxious to test me and see how bad I'll burn her, LOL:lol:
I notice with this Veg & Bloom I'm trying this grow, the SD is doing fine with a feed every second water or so, but the PK likes to be fed every water.
She will start showing yellow tips every few days if I don't feed every water and give a Ca/Mg supplement every other water.
I forgot to mention, I want to keep the Mendo short, I'm even thinking to put her in a cut off 5 gal. pot I have so I can keep in the closet and fight the temps if I have to.
Due to surrounding conditions, I don't want to have 4 plants outside all summer.
I've found most of my plants will fill a 5 gal. pot to the rim, but not all the way down, even the last indoor that I had that flowered for 11 weeks after a month of veg., so I think it will be OK., so if I put it in the short pot, I will still have enough root room, and at the same time, give me a little more headroom.
I'm thinking to top or FIM it once or twice, veg for just a couple weeks, then flower.
Any ideas?

Sounds like you have it down pat bro, the way you explained your techniques to keep her short should do the trick bro.. ;) when u want to keep the super short & compact like that, I will make sure to keep them as close to the lights as possiable without burning them of course! Which I'm sure you know, lol.. ;) that and I have found that supercropping & lst will keep them nice and compact aswell.. that & if I have a strain that is prone to grow big, I will restrict the roots! Not bad to where it rootbounds, but tight.. that's always worked for me in the past..

a ol buddy of mine grows in litter boxes, says he does that to give them root room and head space. i always thought that they have a long tap root, so i was thinking on my 12/12 from seed i would make me some 6" dia. 12" tall pvc pots so i could get more in the box. it blew me away when i found out my buddy was growing, but he is paranoid as hell and won't even let me take a pic. had 4 plants about 3' tall and thick as hell, i'm looking forward to what he gets.

he has always been a strange brew. he is truly a friend, but he is one that is better at a distance. i really do believe he has paranoia, and it seems to be getting worst as time goes. it's a shame too.

over the years of growing outdoors i never got to watch them grow like i have with the indoors. i thought it was cool as hell to be a part of it and can't wait to start another. i know the first grow i had they grew fast and you could almost see them stretch but the last ones grew fast to a point then slowed (my fault) but i am really liking it.
