Cool new way to make hash I came up with(or at least didn't learn it from anyone)

Anyways, So I decided to make some hash using my bubble bags. But instead of using ice water, I decided to use 99% Iso Alcohol....Poured the alcohol through my bags and got hardly any hash out of it in any of the bags, maybe half a gram out of like 10 grams of small buds. I though that was weird so I looked at the alcohol that had ran through even my smallest screen bag and sure enough if was a tan color..Hell yea, So i put that alcohol in a pyrex dish and evaporated it off, and wound up with what looks like some really god hash. i also had a bunch of black sticky resin stuff stuck to my smallest extraction bag so i poured alochol over that to get it off, put it into another glass dish and evaporated that off. My question is, is this stuff ready to smoke, I mean is all the alcohol gone. I didn't scrape it until I noticed no more iSO smell, but the stuff is just sticky as fuck for hash. I mean, these black gobs are like some kind of oil/pipe resin mix interms of consistency. I mean, its just stick to the bottom of these little plastic jars. What do u guys think?

I think you made hash. That's the first way I learned. 20 years ago. AFAIK it's the least useful method, but it works.

what your reasoning behind saying it's the least useful method? not picking a fight just seems to be any solvent over ice water would yield a higher return?

MY preferred method is ice water or dry ice.. (I have made some good bho and iso in the past but will no longer use them.. ) I get bored with hash unless it's made for a strong batch of edibles..

I know its just basic iso hash, the reason I made the thread is the consistency it came out...Ive never seen hash like this...its like goop as much as solid hash...I just thought it was weird as I have never seen any extract this consistency, and I was just wondering if u guys thought all the iso was dissolved since it is such a weird consistency. Honestly? Just from the way things seem to be written about yield and quality regarding different methods. I've made hash very few times and only used iso or butane.

dont use bubble bags/ any hash bags with isopropyl
that is unless of course you enjoy smoking dyes.
The bags are not colorfast to solvents.

Qwiso! My preferred method of making hash! Quick and easy...it should be goopy but not sticky and should roll up into a nice ball or w/e that crumbles slightly...if it sticks to your hands and is hard to roll up, that means the alcohol was exposed to the leafy/chlorophyll material too long and the alcohol dissolved it along with the thc, lowering the quality and making it sticky....

Its good to smoke though, the alcohol is all evapped out...just try and strain it faster next time (1 minute max) I start counting 30 sec as soon as I START pouring then shake the shit out of it for another 30 sec then strain it QUICK..on that note however I usually repeat the process 2 -3 times on the same batch of trim...the quality is best on the first run (gets stickier and more goo like each time) but I get more hash and waste less THC so fuck it, I don't mind
