I would use the 20 to source your first cuttings as soon as you can. Take the best 6 and put them in larger pots....these you can afford to take a few extra cuttings off of this time for the sake of topping. You need to shape them and encourage BRANCHING. If your room is divided and no light leaks you initiate flowering 4-7 days after the cuttings were taken. Remember, the fate of your garden depends on the mothers now so be good to them. On a 60 day flower strain you will take your cuts at the same time you harvest and initiate your new flowers....once every 30 days. If you are planning on a sog it will take a while to get enough out your mothers to accomodate that. For now you do less large plants. Mothers need 18-6 as does veg. Start with the cuttings and let me know how many you get.

I don't know what you've been reading, but MJ is a C3 plant, which means it does not require a dark period yes alot of ppl will give it 18/6, but 24/0..24/4...20/4...and so on above 18 hrs light is fine for veg. (This is fact)
And about those clones, you want to let them establish a healthy root system first (about 6 weeks) otherwise you take a chance of burning those roots with your nutes, not to mention having a small yeild...good luck everyone.. (This is my opinion)

I know a lot of varieties thrive better in 18-6 especially in the summer. I do 24/7 but heat is rapidly changing that. To flower, MJ needs darkness according to what everyone knows to be obvious and correct. Good looking out.....I might not have been helpful.

lol...I was talking about the mothers or ones in veg as far as the high light cycle, and yes 12/12 for flower...unless...you have an auto strain which will flower when it's mature no matter what light you have it in, cuz it's mixed with a very low THC producing Ruderalis strain.

I know all of this, I am just screwing around and for a patient such as this the Ruderalis is not gonna do it. It get's hard to articulate that which has become taken for granted at the beginner level.

If potency is an issue and your going through that much shwagg you should look into concentrates like bho and waxes they have thc and cbd % that are stupid high and not very much money at all if you make it yourself. Of course around where im from they are also illegal and get you in alot more trouble than bud. I would suggest scaling back and trying a dwc grow of a few plants in a tent, learn a bit about the system then find some seeds online at a reputable seedbank (after personal research on strains that help with your specific issues, and google really helps.) If you get clones make sure they are from a reputable place and try experimenting with different high cbd and thc strains dont worry about the yield too much because most of todays cannabis yields well enough and if its not the heaviest it should make up in potency as long as you got good quality seeds. If you plop down all that money to try and pull off one big operation with no experuence i can say with 99% certainty you will fail, thats just the way it goes but if you still dont want to take anyones advice and go small then okay i want to help you be the 1% lol but come on guy whoever said that mechanic analogy hit the nail on the head lmao

Well ur right , I current use a trippy stix vape for my shatter and amber concentrates etc. and yes theise are very pain reliving but 80 bucks a gram in van city ' damn expensive hence my grow needs to be constant , I don't know how to make concentrates but when I harvest I would def try

Okay first off what are the plants in? Soil, soiless mix, dwc? Next do you have more than 1 lifgt you need a minimum of 2 for perpetual growing, okay next how are these rooms seperated and can you be more specific like do you have any supplies or a budget or anything specific to work with?

The 20 plants about 2 feet tall are in soil ready to flower , my tray system DWC hybrid holds 24 in total , sorry what do u mean lifts ?
for separation I'm flowerimg in a grow tent veg in closet and clone In box I suppose , the cuttings I will place in no medium using aero hybrid
well budget wise I'm spending a g for my setup and lights already all I need is my tent and a cheap cloning box ... I blv nutes are in the system together

Okay so of the 20 ,6 I keep as mothers in veg always and 14 I put in flowering , then I take cuttings from the 6 mothers and put them in aeroflo system when? Today 14 will be going into flowering and 6 into veg then when do I put cuttings into system ?

What about using a clone box or those boxes ? Will it take still 6 weeks from cuttings to root bound?

Wow 80 dollars is pretty expensive its much cheaper dowb where im from, the cool thing abiut that is there is an entire sub section on the forum devoted to concentrates so im shre someone can help you there. If you pull this grow off you should have lots of trim to practice on your concentrate making so 80 dollars a gram will turn into a few bucks ( at least in my case)

If you pull this grow off you should have lots of trim to practice on your concentrate making so 80 dollars a gram will turn into a few bucks ( at least in my case)

I'm getting the 20 plants now so in groups what should I put into flowering at which weeks to have a perpetual harvest ?

These 6 can spare more if need be....they need to be shaped. Basically, the 1st two weeks in flowering are the most intense growth period in a plants life.....expect 2-3x the mass in 15 days. The plants will regenerate quite fast so now is the time to get what you can. I assume that I will need more cuttings than I ever do, I take em feeling safe that I will have enough. If there is too many, I pick the best. Look at the bigger picture, you will have mothers, 14 plants that started big, and 50 or more cuttings rooted in 2-3 weeks. Oh and the mothers are ready to give you more cuttings by then.....you are becoming exponentially closer to SOG.

Okay 15 plants only fit incar so theyr two feet tall all females , I don't think i can do cuttings now since they already took cuttings off them! Don't they need to regenerate ? So I will keep 6 mothers I'm veg forever and 14 in flower and then clone the 6 mothers continuesly putting in new batch every two weeks ?
