It's very hard to always be 100% safe and secure because all it takes is for one cow to go missing and then have a farmer search everywhere and anywhere for it,my mate was caught like that a couple of years ago,the farmer rang the cops and they watched the plants until my mate went to check on them,he had 40 or so plants out but luckily he had only 5 in that spot,he still got a huge fine and the threat of prison if he's caught again.

That's a shame, you would think a farmer of all people, a person who makes their living from plants and animals would have more sense than to call the cops because he found some plants growing on his land or adjacent to it. If he really hates cannabis for some reason, chopping the plants down, composting them and leaving the guy a note would make a whole lot more sense to me. Some people just want to cause chaos.

You would wonder why anyone would call the cops for a few plants but it's amazing the amount of people who equate cannabis with heroin, drugs are drugs to them and that's it

Sorry guys but a friend of mine's seedlings have taken a turn for the worst.. we've (hopefully) narrowed it down to heat stress and overwatering. but i thought i'd stick it up here to see if any of you guys could shed some extra light (pun not intended! 8p). Cheers in advance!6abb94c010128b2c6ed3bb7da8a6578ddf30d3c1.jpgcaa124fca114bfac3d77e11180aeb8e74f856cb9.jpg
The second one is baffling... and i really hope it's no the soil being too hot with nutes.....

I had similiar happen to me like the second pic and although I wasn't 100% sure I put it down to the pre-nuted soil mix I used, the seedling is still alive but the growth rate is at a snails pace.

What his lighting set up?

shit sorry, forgot the details. 40w cfl about 4-6 inches above each. and the soil is organic manna mix
A 40w cfl wouldn't put out enough heat to cause too much damage especially at 4 or 6 inches,I can have my 125w at 6-8 inches without a bother.
I'm not familiar with manna mix though

that's EXACTLY why this is a bit baffling. and also one of the main reasons i looooove cfl's! lol
