I've had my plants under 12/12 light for a week today and can't hardly tell which are male and which are female? How long before I'll be able to visibly know which is which?

sometimes its like saying how longs a pice of string......just have to keep chekin brooooooo.......sighns will soon come

The females should give you two white hairs on the main stems (where there are already two little hair/leaves coming off the stem also). The males will look sort of the same until they start "hanging their balls"......for real......off the main stems. I've never had a plant that I couldn't tell the sex by the 2.5 week mark into flowering.

It all depends on how old the plants are! "12-12 from seed" is a bit misleading - no plant (from seed) is going to start "Flowering" as soon as it breaks throught the soil, regardless of the photoperiod. You have to give the plants about 5 weeks (or so) to become fully mature before you can expect any good sign of "sex", or any inclination to flower.
