I don't know what the problem is, it might be magnesium deficiency but iam not sure. Please help, this is the only healthy plant i have left.

I use miracle gro tomato fertilizer that is slighty diluted. I fertilize once a week. They are grown outdoors and brought in at night and when it is raining and put under cfl lights. I don't know th pH of the soil but i am getting a tester.

You can't really tell in the photos but the leaves pictured are really yellow. The last 2 however, are green with yellow lines. And the bottom 2 sets of leaves have already fallen off.
Thanks for the help

2nd pic I already lost that leave and had to clip it off ....

what are your plants sitting in?
they were both originally in 2 liter bottles, transplanted into 2 gallon pots. the one you see sticking way out was because the soil in the 2 liter wasn't holding together good enuff so I got scared n just cut the bottom out n plopped it in about 5 inches deep..kind of an advantage in a way tho because it allowed me to have more soil in the pot so to speak than it could normally hold..I dont have allot of room in my grow..As for the yellowing and spots..the problem showed up at least 2 weeks after transplant...check out my journal in my sig.

my lower leaves are doing the same thing i transplanted two days ago to bigger pots with MG organic & 1/3 perlite the tops of the plants look perfect and new growth is noticeable everyday whats up with my babies? however my problem is not as severe as yours that could be cause they are still only 4 weeks old

Not to be rude but my buddy did his first grow in hydro and had outstanding results with no co2. only a simple 3 part system by GH

then he swithced to soil and his shit started doin what yours is, all the time to he had to buy differnet types of nutes and had to wait long periods of time to see any results just didnt seem worth it plus its so damn messy and the soild dries out like crazy with hydro all you do is add nutes and check your ph to a resz and your on your happy way.

GoingGreen thanks for the info. And trialandErrorman, im pretty sure that its magnesium def. try adding 1 tablespoon of epsom salts to a gallon of water and water your plants with that. If you find any more info on what it might be, let me know. thanks

just water with regular water for a while no fertilizer and dont spray the plants yet it can damage them if they are under direct light when they are young like that, i literally dont use fertilizer until my plants start to turn yellowish then i give em 1/4 str for a while

I have been using epsom salts for a while but its not helping! Another plant is starting to have brown crispy spots all around the edges of the lower leaves and the bottom few sets of leaves have yellow shriveled leaves with brown spots?? What do i do now. I also noticed a small, tiny, tiny bug in the soil but no damage on the leaves that points to a bug problem. It is kind of white or beige/brown.

Thanks,

I have other plants other than my marry and i was taking them outside and bringing them inside much like what you were doing.

Anyways since its around spring the bugs are really bad rigth now!
and if your taking you plants outside and then bringing them inside your going to have bug problems BAD! Well al lest i did.

I read that if you dont have sterile soil(which im sure you do) then bugs will be outof control but even if you have sterile soil and you take your plants ouside any bug or spider would love to lay eggs in your soil and if your taking them out then in your eventually goin to infect your inside garden and grow room!

Just a thought and some experienc ive had with runing my plants out to inside.

Well thanks alot for the info. I hope it doesn't get to bad for me. I will try soap spray. And in the next couple a weeks i will find some place outside maybe for them.

I had a yucca plant growing inside and it wasn't doing so well so i put it outside for a couple days and had to ditch it cause i had everything growing in the soil:cry:
