How do you know when you're high, is it dangerous

How can you tell when you're high? Is second hand smoke dangerous? Can it leak through your skin or the walls or do you have to breath it? I think the neighbor did pot, i could smell it, now i think im high and im mad, now im thinking weird things and stressed and paranoid, i cant sleep and im hungry. Should i confront the neighbor and let him know i don't want him doing pot

Well i greased myself up head to toe with Vaseline and put on my whitey tightys put on my boots and laced them up, finished my beer and went over and started banging on his door, he didn't answer but i banged the door and yelled "im high you mother fucker, im high , you happy now motherfucker im high, don't do pot, don't make me get crazy!!" I yelled a couple times and then came back to my house, i think i need another beer, thiz guy pizses me off, if he wants trouble im all greased up in my underwear waiting for it
