Let me preface this whole thing by saying this. I realize the nature of this business, that many places marijuana cultivation is illegal, and they are somewhat putting their neck out selling seeds to people around the world.
With that said, this is a business. A business that isn't illegal where they operate, and in which case should be run like a professional business. A timely, and hassle free experience should be had for all. This has been the opposite of my experience with SOS. Based on user reviews, and the fact it's a forum sponsor if I'm not mistaken, I thought my money was well spent. Esp3cially since I placed my order within like the first few hours the site opened and had their promo running. I should have been a first ticket item to be shipped. My money was taken, and I recieved a receipt for the $100 or whatever it came out to be, like 112 I think. A few days later, no response, no nothing. I checked my spam folder and there it was, everything I needed. Looked at it, order said processed, and blah blah blah. Then another email said my order was on hold for a medium fraud warning.
If the company was so worried about fraud. Why would they hold my money, jus refund the purchase and forget the whole chance of fraud. But that's whatever...I get a tracking number. Time goes by, comes through customs, makes it to WA. Then says it's deleivered to a place like 30 miles away. I email them, get a response in an hour or 2. They apologize for the wrong shipping number, and give me my new tracking number. THE FUCKING ORDER HASNT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED YET!! Are you kidding me, 3 weeks just to have an order not even shipped yet. This is hoshpash, I'm trying to get a refund now, and will be ordering from Dr Greenthumb instead. Based on reviews from some solid members. I will be ordering my ECSD and growing the strain I really wanted.
Bottom line, bad business, good timely custimer service responses, horrible order processing, and shipping timeframe. I can order steroods (and have) which are illegal and prosecuted by world agencies, in almost every country, and get it within 2 weeks. This is unacceptable by any measure, let alone from a legal operating company. Maybe I just have high standarss from the other things I've ordered.
