Why is it that EVERY Web-board (including RIU) Has so many long-time members that do NOTHING except troll the other members?

There are a few that I know of that, all I ever see them post is harassment, name calling etc... so I decided to see what else they have posted in the past few months or so.....
and found NOTHING except MORE of the same Bullying and Bullshit!

They contribute nothing to the boards, never try to help out anyone, never have anything nice to say, and never even post about their own grows?????

My question is-- WHY?

Not only WHY do they bother ... but WHY are they tolerated????

Isn't there enough drama and B.S in "real life" without these people dragging it in here????

AMERICA....FUCK YEAH! I love how the news is always talking about "bullies" yet nothing ever changes, and if anything, it is getting worse; especially with all of the video recording and youtube. At some level, people know this place is a sinking ship and they cannot get off, so I think they express their frustration online.
