Trimming leaves??

Im growing indoors il be trimming them and then into flowering.

Read a text book! No one who knows what they are doing would cut their leaves off! It's not a case of 'some say yes some say no'- thars like saying 'some people say crack is healthy, some say its not'.
I could explain why but you are better off buying a book and learning properly since you have no clue what so ever. Ok i'll give you a hint- leaves are solar panels.

in flower make sure to take off the dead hanging leaves! Its a once a day job!
If you are losing leaves everyday in flower you are doing something wrong.

Yes if your losing leafs in flower daily, there is something going on thats not right, even is she has alot of leafs, this shows a sign of a plants health, lush green, (or whatever strain your growing ) but i would check your what your feeding, and your soil. Some other the coutner feeedr 6 months on their own, damn pellets! Making overfeding a common problem in new growers mainly miricle grow...anyhow to directly answer about trimming, i personally leave my alone unless i see something wrong i i ususally will only take off the section that has a spot or watever the problem may be, and if you do this make sure you use a clean blade or sissor, i have a pair thats all i use them for, and like everyone said never cut up during flowering, you do not want to stress her and if you growing good you should be able to make hash
