My blueberry plants are in very good shape with nice buds, bud i notice that their color is still green not purple? Is it normal? Those plants are growing inside in pots.

A lot of plants need a cooler night to show colors. what are your daytime/nighttime temps?

I don't know if it is normal, but I am growing 3 different strains that are crossed with Blueberry and they are all still green as well.

If you have a light leak, that could explain it. Otherwise you can't rush Mother Nature as the saying goes.Peace

I dont know, 60 seems low enough, and I forget what the recommendation was that I read. I certainly would not worry about nice green leaves though :)

Lacking of space inside I transplanted outside some plants and some of them bacame of a nice purple color, but at least one is still green. Effectively those outside plants lived some relatively cold nights say, 50F. Does that mean that my inside blueberry's will never turn purple?

Possibly, but honestly unless you are reselling this and think it would affect bag appeal then I wouldn't stress it. You may have also gotten a pheno that just doesn't show the color as easily. The taste/effect wouldn't be impacted.
