CannaVenture "Tennessee Purple Kush"

FUCK NO there is nobody with experience he has again released totally untested genetics......he himself has not even grown this let alone given it out for testers......if that is what you want in your garden then be my guest......I am never going to fall for this shit again......research your breeders my friends.....just because the strain says something you want to hear does not mean it will produce that......you need to grow out your new seeds and see what they bring....he does not and did not......I spent months growing out seeds from cannaventure and then training, ferts, lights, 2 paks of each strain x 3......and all I got was a bunch of fuckin shit 60 plants and not 1 worth a shit........I am done discussing this......I have not mentioned this as I was embarrassed......now that I know the truth of the matter....I am not embarrassed....I am fucking pissed off and I am going to be silent no longer.....I have an empty flower room right now due to this fact.......by the way.....there were no two plants in those packs of seeds that looked the same.....like a mixed variety pack of shit....you've been warned....oh yeah and I did not buy my packs all at the same place.....tude,depot,zon are my usual banks.

I am MNS.....GGG....Loompa......kinda guy from now on...I only want the finest I can get from now on...future tester for RedEyedGenetics, so we will see.....RedEyedGenetics is an upstart out of the Cannaventure camp......RED did not like the way things were going, did not partake in the current breeding but left CV due to breeding differences and has started his own seed company out of Washington USA. using PNW(PacificNorthWest) elite clone only strains x right now he has Ortega crosses and upcoming are the WhiteLotus Crosses........I found him while researching why my CV grow went so wrong......I am an experienced grower, not a novice in any way shape or form, still do not know everything but I do know enough to make a simple seed run come off without a hitch....I have done it and documented it so many times......anyways.....so far the Ortega crosses are looking incredible...soon to recieve the WhiteLotus crosses......hope this helps bro....I wish you the best with yours.

PS.....maybe someone else might have been happy with what I got from my CV packs..... I was NOT! The whole lot of them went into the trash burn pile......not 1 fuckin keeper.....I have a fucking Nirvanna keeper...WTF!
PSS...I am growing the EmeraldTriangle stuff because it was an error that I received them in an order....although I am sure they have good genetics having mostly F2 ZooLanders Gear which is why I became interested in them in the first place.
You have to do ALOT of reading to know the ins and outs of what is what with MJ......since I spend a lot of time in the Hospital now, I just read and read and read......Look the fuck out....Wicked1 with some info is dangerous! LOL:peace:
 
As much as this guy is pissed hes right. Seeds should b tested and properly breeded. Id feel the same.

Nirvana does havr some great gear, for a good price, imo.
 
Just pray you dont have a similar experience. Due to his buying seeds multiple places maybe a few were shady?

Dont buy shit from this guy, I had garlic breath, decent but 3of4 hermie, also lav x jbj was dogshit, and ell was all over the place. Ive been banned at ic for speaking my experience with his shit genitics, just tried to warn ppl about what coukd happen, I got the ball rolling and had 15ppl chime in that day about there shitty experience, well all these threads got deleted by cv so no one seen whats up,, also everyone got a warning for slandering this guy, no one said shit about him as a person just stated there experiences, lots of hermies and below average meds. Come to find out he just retocked seedbay just a week before and had a shit load of packs left so he didnt want the bad plubisty. Anyways just be warned that you coukd be waisting alot of time and money, I was out 300 for seeds and a shit load more by the end , but hey came out with a shit load of hermie seeds, pollinated the whole damn room.
 
You mighy wanna check out ringmasta thread at ic about the purple alien kush he grew out, which is same as you got but crossed again witht the tenn hog breath, he had hermie issues so they run in the lines so watch out, also said the high was weak sauce not potent at all,
 
Wow...I want to thank everybody for their input...Wicked, sourpuss & BurnRide I am no stranger to "NWGT", CV at CannaVenture or Red at Redeyed Genetics...I've known about the drama for months and want to suggest that you are careful with what you read...I, like others, am 50/50 with CV gear and some other folks with "brand names" who are just as controversial but will not name here...CV's Blackberry x Trainwreck worked very well for me...With early generation hybrid "mutts" from "breeders" a grower always and in all ways take their chances...I am used to pickin' nanners and sorting phenos if I like the starting genetics...but then again I have been at this awhile...If brand names meant much to me Mc Donald's would be a great hamburger....BTW, did you know that Red is working with some of CV's cuts?

Yeah, I know "TPK" is a "crap shoot" but I spent a lot of time and money before I found WiFi too and with CV if "TPK" does not workout I will still come away a 50% winner with the BBK x TW...I don't know when I will get around to cracking the "TPK" but will keep you in the loop...There is an awful lot of "bitch-slappin" around this very peaceful herb growing biz...FWIW

SeedHo, I am reasonably sure CV posted an actual pic of his "TPK" in the "IC" thread...That being so; if I can grow a pheno with that much frost I am willing to pick some late flower monecious expressions...It is worth a shot...IMHO
 
nwgt has some good info,im also a member there. Red is a good dude, he offered to replaces everything i had trouble with, while CV wouldnt even answer a pm or go to my journal to comment, CV just after the cash, if your on ic, you will see he doesnt ever show up to give love to his customers or even comment on anything.. Also i believe CV is working with Red's genitcis, i dont think its the other way around. The Chem Bx came from red,blackberry, is red and a few others.Most of the clones were from red when he joined the CV team, Red told me he left because dude didnt reimburse him anything for all his work and cuts he brought along, also Red didnt wanna be involved in non tested bs and didnt like the way CV was handling things. To be honest its more on how CV run his bussines and his bussiness practices that pisses me off the most, i know most seeds are a crap shoot, especially since they were untested, and thats fine and i had fair warning. What i dont like is you send dude a pm and 3months later no answer back, doesnt log in, except to say a new drop, he literally logged in to ic 3 times since march. I didnt like how he tried to dodge the bullet, just step up and say sorry they didnt work out, how about a replace them for you or not even that just show up and say something shit, just dont delete the threads. I know there is some gold to be found because ive seen it, but its few and far between. good luck, and keep us posted on how they turn out. thanks alot
 
Burnside, Thanx man...I do not know much about the in-fighting only my experience with the products I purchase...I hear from a few PNW folks I know from the sixties & seventies about how the culture has changed from pride in product to pride in possessions...The times they are a changin'...Cannabis supplies me with seemingly endless sources of entertainment...I am not so much concerned with the outcome as I am with the experience in getting there...FWIW
 
i try and stay outta the whole fighting nonsence, i was kinda dragged into it a bit but got the hell outta there when i seen where it was going. I cant agree anymore on the pride of possessions. Hell back in my days ppl wouldnt even release a bean intill it was an f7 and worked back and forth and tested many times over again, now its more who can put them out the fastest,just chuckin pollen, and then ask for 100$pack. Now i would understand if they were a new company just trying to get there feet wet and need some cash to keep operations going so they charge $30 a pack, much more realistic. Then once theres some documentation and experience in the strain should they charge 100 spot...I like the way you look at things. "I am not so much concerned with the outcome as I am with the experience in getting there" Pretty much how i feel now adays, i love learning new things about the trees, hearing ppl stories, almost like reading a good thriller book, you never know hows its going to end. When i first got started it was a different story, now im old and wise, and like the entertainment.
 
BurnRide, Could not agree with you more^^^...If it were all about the outcome I would drive to Cali, Colo or Mich and buy the latest, greatest, marked-up, dispensary herb...Would save a lot of time and money but then again I grow my own tomatoes and the grocery store is just down the street...Enjoy the 4th...FWIW

I know and agree with you that Red is a stand up guy for putting beans out for online test grows before he releases...Wish all the "chuckers" would do the same...But that is the way a good reputation is built...CV now has a reputation too but has to live his down...Still like the "TPK" genetics though...So we shall see...FWIW
 
Only tried 2 strains from CV- a pack of Double Sour Kush bx and secret og. Sour kush was a hermie wreck with no taste or high and secret og sucked butt, waste of space in my grow room. Turned me off from this company- find out after growing em out that all of them are untested, I now choose to spend my $ with others.

Hello Upstate, Sometimes I kiss a lot of new born frogs and I only learn from the mistakes I make...I got lucky with my first outing with CV...Hang in there...My wish is that folks new to growing would first get products from Sensi or Soma or Flying Dutchman and have a kick-ass experience than buy a cup winner they just read about...Seed providers (not to be confused with breeders) remind me of fishing lure manufacturers. They are out to catch the fisherman not the fish...FWIW
 
sorry about my rant...I was really sick the other day and just pissed off too.....that really happened with the CannaVenture Gear though....I am over it now.......I had honestly never mentioned it before.....there is a better explanation of what exactly happened now on MNS in the Patients forum under beware of CaliConnection Gear NOT started by me......sucks about CaliConn too as I have 3 packs of the HeadBand 818 too....might just run em and see what they got....in cse no one has caught on....I love HeadBandstrains.....maybe a psycological obsession but I grab anything that says HeadBand...LOL..yeah I go to NWGT too. Yeah, well I will put my faith in RED.......I am prepared for that with a test run not when I spend money on 2 packs of seeds and 3 different strains.....the reason why I bought the genetics in different places was the one place I ordered from in the first place did not have evrything I wanted.....I bought 2 packs of the same strain from the first place and then got four packs of the other two strains from the second place......anyways...best of luck my friend......

Thanx Wicked, I have had my share of disappointments too...Just toss em in the qwiso pile and move on...I learned the hard way to not allow s33dbanks to "repackage for stealth"...Two different well known banks pulled a switch out with my gear over the last 18 month...The dope biz ain't what it used to be...FWIW
 
I grew out Cannaventure's Purple Berry BX2, and it was shit. It didn't turn purple, and it wasn't very potent. I had 1 seed germinate out of 4, and I was lucky enough to get a female. It reminded me of a regular blueberry strain. Nothing special at all. It wasn't popular with my friends either. I popped a few of the Mother's Mix seeds that I got for free, and they all turned out to be males. Overall I doubt I will be buying anymore of his strains, and i know I won't be popping anymore of the PB's that I have left. I will probably just gift them to a friend.

I've been growing and buying seeds online now for a couple years, and i think the price of alot of these strains are overpriced. I mean paying $120 for 6 seeds is crazy. I have paid that much though for some OGR Wifi's, but I got a free 5 pk. of White Fire Alien. But still, it is pretty crazy I think. I here alot of these companies talking about the MMJ scene, and how they are doing it for them. Yeah right! Don't make me laugh! They are charging $10-$20 a seed and saying shit like that. I don't care how good and solid the genetics are. That is expensive for something that isn't guranteed. That is alot of money to alot of people out there, and I imagine that there are plenty of people who just can't afford it. People's insurance isn't paying for this type of shit. The seed industry isn't regulated in any way, so you are basically taking a gamble everytime you buy some. It is what it is though, and there really isn't much of a reason in bitching about it. Lol!

Well said my friend. I like the way you think. They are almost my thoughts. Thank you for putting them in writing....LOL....man those Wi-Fi are some awesome shit to work with. My boy who lives in the same town as me and is into OGR stuff is really working probably 3 or 4 paks of them looking for "the Keeper". He is on a mission. I cannot wait, I think he has a few more weeks to go and then we will be sampling this. He is using 2 of my old hoods and 1000w ballasts, and some old equipment I had updated. He is a young guy and is just starting out, so I helped him out. He is very generous and mature for his age. I like to visit this young guy and see what he has going. He always asks me about things. I think even if he already knows....just trying to be respectful to the old dawg.... <---<< ME
