plz help plant problem

Ok guys I need some help. Ive been having this problem for the past couple weeks they were growin beautifully until 2 weeks ago. They are clones I started the outdoor grow in may I used nothing but foxfarm grow ,great white shark and bio for my start until the end of jun I transplanted to 20g pots I used fox farm and bio root. Fertilizer I'm using multch& foxfarm mix. Every time I water by the next day my plant will show stress ??? Wtf is goin on?

water less...more often. also it might still be bouncing back from transplant shock. but they dont look too bad...you should be fine. are you PHing your water?

that's a start to over\under watering but its only the tops still you will be fine if you figure out whether your under watering or over watering just give it less water, or give it some water. Have had the same problem many times. Mine bounced back faster outside so you'll be fine.

It looks a little dry to me. Your plants aren't really ready for those large containers either.

If I water one day and the next day they look sad and down should I not bother watering them ??? The soil is still moist and wet. I hate to see my baby's sad

Transplant shock and who knows when or if its going to recover. In future more care in transplanting and make sure its root bound to avoid the rootball crumble.

Before I transplanted them to bigger pots I had them in 1g pots ! Well rooted nothing but nice healthy white roots! So recently I started giving them about 2gallons and the next day they will be down again like if they were thirsty I will give them like a cup of water and they will be back to normal? Idk if I got the routing off or what? I'm giving them foxfarm grow and bio root
