Urgent responce needed, harvest or not

So my babies have been in flowering mode now for I'd say 4-5 weeks not sure exactly when lost track working two jobs, anyway I took a magnifying glass to the teichomes to see if they were developing well and notices the hairs on the tips of the buds are already red in color and curling. This is on the hairs. After looking closer, magnifying glass isn't the best, I could see the teichomes were milky, but I feel it's too early and don't want to jump the gun, uploading some pics please let me know what u think

Not to offend you but I hope you're joking about harvesting any time soon...I'd say 5 more weeks at least...look at some other pics and compare them to your plants

You have about a long time left to go. They look like mine do about 3-4 weeks along.

Buy some cheapie plant labels and write strain and important dates on it. But I do understand. I have some unmarked vehicles in my grow room too LOL!

I did a back check on the calendar and I got the t5 light on 5/24 I waited a week before I put the 12/12 timer on it so that would take it too 5/31 when I started to flower had to change light cycle to pm instead of am so they went through a 18 period of dark then had some heat stress about 3 weeks in that's why they moved outdoors so I'm guessing its about 3 weeks outdoors so I'd say about 6 weeks total flowering

Assuming it's a sativa dom with the long fingers they got. sativa's can flower up to 14 weeks sometimes more depending on the strain. so even 6 weeks in they can run another 5-8 weeks. like most of these people say, don't even think about harvesting for 5 weeks. even then you may still have some time left. the stress caused some of the hairs to die. it happens. when you moved them outside you stressed them more. going from 24 - 12/12 - 18 hour dark(which can cause herming in some strains that aren't genetically perfected) - outdoors now is over 12(sun up here at 6 down at 8:30) so 14.5/8.5 about now. so you've again increased the light cycle. and they can run outdoors until early September.

I'm not saying your wrong about time but pretty sure in getting bout 12.5-13 hours of daylight were I'm at, assuming that this is the effect of longer flowering I'd be fine with that they need to fatten more. Good looking out ill keep you all posted

Yeah ok, you are confusing trichomes with pistils.
Pistils are the white hairs that turn red/brown/rust/etc.
Trichomes are the little white crystals all over the leaves and calaxys.
You need atleast a 30x scope to see them.

I stated the hairs were red not the trichina the trickles are milky

They are 3 and a half weeks in doors and 3 weeks outdoes so 6.5 weeks total but ima gollw up with what everyone says and give them another 2 weeks before I check them again for progress

To get a true flower time, you need to go by when you 1st start seeing your first hairs. It takes a wk or so for he plant to convert over to flowering even when they are mature at flip.

i'm not counting just the time the sun is visible. the sky brightens up starting at/around 4:30 am and isn't black until after 9pm. here on the east coast anyways. it's not dark period until only moonlight is available. once that sky lightens up in the early am it's the start of the light cycle. i'm just saying right now is not the time to flower outdoors. I know of clones that were JUST put out 3 weeks ago. they are in full veg growth now. not flowering. they may start to around the end of the month. but outside harvest can be as late as October.

they look good, outdoors they will take 6 more weeks for some thick solid buds

If you are leaving them outdoors better wait until October, those are just babies.

color of hairs is strain dependant. Panama, Columbia, Punta Roja... all strains that have pink/red hairs right out the gate.
