But why..

I'm on day 42 of flowering cycle (12/12).
For some reason the past week or so the bud leaves seems to be kinda droopy.. I think at least..

What's ur take on this?

And based on how it looks (I know the books say 60 days+-), how long I got left till harvest?

The pics almost look like the start of a nitrogen toxicity maybe back off the food just bait and see if she straightens out for yas.

I'd say you have quite a bit of flowering to go (3 weeks minimum, and probably longer).
Is your lighting CFL's ?

Droop = overwatered? You still got a way to go with flowering, i'd say at least 5 weeks until harvest.

mm.. I don't think I overwater.. I make sure to wait till the top soil is dry and I do the knuckle test before each water..

Damn, I haven't got 5 weeks! :wall:
I am supposed to clear out of my apartment in 3 weeks and there is no way for me to take the ladies with me.. Well at least not while they are in soil..

I use 3 X 32W warm light CFL, that means total of 5250 lumens..
I know I should be using more light, but I've been struggling with heat control, I finally managed to keep temps at mid 80s..
:wall: What is important is the light spectrum. I don't know how to convert multiple bulbs but say your putting out over 5k lumens with warm house bulbs its probably just white and blue spectrum. You need red to flower, house bulbs are ok for veg but not flowering.

Also most of that doesn't matter when your using household lights. Just finish off and buy better lights for next grow.

Greatwhite nailed it on the head.

Thanx for ur input, I actually did follow recommendations on CFL grows.
I mistakenly wrote "warm light" instead of "warm white", which refers to light spectrum of 2700 kelvins.
For veg I used the "day light" - 6500 kelvins.

On another note, my second lady doesn't seem to droop at all, her fan leaves do seem to be drying up and eventually falls off..

I also got issues with gnats (fungus gnats I think), they do seem to focus staying at ground level though.
I did put those yellow stickers and cups filled with soapy water to catch those little buggers.

So how are my chances of actually seeing this grow through..?

Damn,
My second lady keeps on losing foliage..

I just compared before & after photos and you can clearly see major decrease of foliage..

Totally looks like ove watering to me. Doesnt look like youve got good drainage in your soil, looks soaked. Just sayin. On another note idk what your worried about with not being able to harvest. That plants are so small you could just stick em in a box and move them to your new place. Oh and dont post a thread asking if it will be ok or hermi if it misses three hours of sunlight. They look pretty good for having inadequate lighting, probly nutes, and soil. Adding a couple 42 watt cfls over each plant or one larger cfl over each plant would help you in the future. Watts = weight. Light is the gas that powers the plants engines, thats why everyone wants 1000 watt hps, so they can compensate for bad growing lol ;) you look like your off to a good start bro and it seems like you have some natural talent goin on there. Get a new place asap and move those ladies in, theyll be fine with a little tlc :):):)

Thanks for your input in this.. Though I am a little buffled as to what u are suggesting..

As for drainage, I just watered the plant, so this is why it might look a little dump..
If there is an actual drainage issue, how would I go about it? I mean isn't it a little too late for transplant?

Regarding ur remark about me posting question about hermi and missing out 3 hours of sunlight,
when did I ask such a thing?! lol
I think u may have mixed me up with somebody else..

I think the word inadequate may be a little harsh, but I do agree my conditions aren't close to optimal.
I don't use nutes as a choice, I prefer my smoke to be organic as possible. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any organic nutes where I am.. Strange I know, but I'd prefer keeping it organic and sacrifice yield than using chems and having monster buds..

I had to decrease my lights as temps were getting above 90. It actually reached above 100 this one time.. Crazy hot!
Now I manage to keep it much lower at mid 80s.. Which I know is still a little high.. I use 2 fans and my AC is working round the clock..

Thanks for your kind words mate, I'm trying my best here with the limitations I got.. :-)
As far as tlc goes, my ladies are gettin the best lovin' they could get! Seriously its borderline psychotic.. lmao :bigjoint:

Peace :peace:

What sort of soil mixture are you using ?
If you are trying the organic route, then Super Soil might just be for you, and if finding organic components locally is an issue for you (as it is for me) then I would suggest searching E-bay - they have just about anything you're looking for.

It looks to me that you have a N deficiency, I would probably try a bit of worm casting tea to perk them up.

Ok so those lights "will do" but definitely invest in at-least a T5 setup for next grow.

The upper fan leaves should not be "falling off" unless they are not getting light.

On your root gnats, that's normal in organic soils you can use some AZA MAX on it just be sure to stop 1 week before you crop.

You should be able to finish it pending the next set of comments I have.

First off I did also notice your soil is very moist. That's another reason you have gnats, because your organic soil is very moist.

Its probably not best idea to transplant now. (If you do you will delay flowering) The pot your using is a normal planting pot and only has aeration holes at the bottom. The Soil you are using looks like a "black gold" dense soil that retains water well. Those two things combined are hurting your girls.

Let them dry out and ask for water before you feed them next.

Roots Organics is a great cost effective natural alternative. All their nutes are filled with shit. Literally. =)

I'm confused as to how you have so much heat with a CFL system, It must be the type your using. I've run much more lights then you with NO fans.

Also TLC is good but don't over parent, that's the easiest way to kill a weed.

get a little fan from walmart and get triple the light in there they need it! and you can still harvest then just wont be as potent as if you waited the full term, maybe there more mature then we think because he doesnt have a lot of light in there?

So if you are having drainage issues, adding pearlite to your soil mix will give you a less compact soil that doesnt hold onto water as much. Pearlite alows for water to drain through and oxygen to get to your root system faster than with a soil that holds water for a long time.
if you just watered and you were expiriencing the I need water droop then that could be why as well. A very large portion of growers use pearlite or some other material that aids drainage.
As for the joke about your plant going hermi, sorry, that joke wasnt aimed at you lol, it was for the expirienced riu readers of this thread. Theres just a million people who post threads after their lights shut off for like a couple hours that are worried that their plants will herm out and its pretty funny...
When i was sayin watts equal weight i ment it man. Watts are the key to your success as a grower and when i say inadequate i unfortunatly know that that is the right word to explain the light situation for your plants. Ive watched two cfl grows by the same person with 4 x 42 watt cfls. The yields were fair. The plants were smaller and the production was larger than what i see from your pics. I myself run those same cfls and some led lighting for my veg area. 2 42 watt cfls do great work. Smaller ones dont unless you have a ton of them. Check out 7luigi7 s grows and youll see what the 42s can do. Youll see that the plants are much bushier and heavier.
For the whole organic nutrients situation thats a tough one. If you really cant find anything which i find hard to belive if your as borderline as you say you are lol you could try getting someone you know from a larger town to mail you some. Like i said before man, you look to have some talent, dont give up, theres a solution for every problem. You just have to find it. :):):)
