Its not stalking. He was on the phone with 911 reporting a suspicious person and watching him and yes, following him to keep his eye on him while he was reporting the suspicious activity.

If its stalking, why isn't he charged with that? Why has that not been brought up?
for the same reason prosecution just now realizes that if dough boy went to the gym for 8 months 3x week lost 50 pounds and training consisted of martial arts, cardio and weights for 2 hours each visit..perhaps he was a little more than the "1" his trainer gave him..especially considering the gym is advertising GEORGE ZIMMERMAN TRAINING..painted as a weakling? PFFFT!

Ding, ding, ding, we have winner. Exactly right. If he was "stalking" which requires multiple instances over multiple days (not seconds or minutes) there is NO DOUBT they would have charged Z. To the folks who want to prematurely convict Z, "continued observation" and "reestablishing lost observation" now qualifies as "stalking".

I remember seeing this hot girl walking in front if me in the mall when I was a young man. I wanted to strike up a conversation with her and ask her out. I followed her hoping she would go to the food court. I lost sight of her a few times as she went in to a few stores and reestablished sight of her when she exited. Little did I know, she should have had me charged with "stalking" instead of marrying me 14 months later.
wrong. what was Georgies BMI?..can't find it? ding, ding, ding! because his SENSEI martial arts man NEVER calculated it..um, that's the first thing you do when you join the gym.

[h=2]Classification[/h] Main article: Classification of obesity
Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health.[SUP][1][/SUP] It is defined by body mass index (BMI) and further evaluated in terms of fat distribution via the waist–hip ratio and total cardiovascular risk factors.[SUP][12][/SUP][SUP][13][/SUP] BMI is closely related to both percentage body fat and total body fat.[SUP][14][/SUP]

A "super obese" male with a BMI of 47 kg/m[SUP]2[/SUP]: weight 146 kg (322 lb), height 177 cm (5 ft 10 in)

In children, a healthy weight varies with age and sex. Obesity in children and adolescents is defined not as an absolute number but in relation to a historical normal group, such that obesity is a BMI greater than the 95th percentile.[SUP][15][/SUP] The reference data on which these percentiles were based date from 1963 to 1994, and thus have not been affected by the recent increases in weight.[SUP][16][/SUP]
BMIClassification
< 18.5underweight
18.5–24.9normal weight
25.0–29.9overweight
30.0–34.9class I obesity
35.0–39.9class II obesity
≥ 40.0 class III obesity
BMI is defined as the subject's mass divided by the square of their height, expressed kilograms per square meter and calculated as:
[SUP]†[/SUP]
[SUP]†[/SUP] The conversion factor for UK/US units is more precisely 703.06957964, but that level of precision is not meaningful for this calculation.
The most commonly used definitions, established by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1997 and published in 2000, provide the values listed in the table at right.[SUP][3][/SUP]
Some modifications to the WHO definitions have been made by particular bodies. The surgical literature breaks down "class III" obesity into further categories whose exact values are still disputed.[SUP][17][/SUP]

 • Any BMI ≥ 35 or 40 is severe obesity
 • A BMI of ≥ 35 and experiencing obesity-related health conditions or ≥40–44.9 is morbid obesity
 • A BMI of ≥ 45 or 50 is super obesity
As Asian populations develop negative health consequences at a lower BMI than Caucasians, some nations have redefined obesity; the Japanese have defined obesity as any BMI greater than 25[SUP][18][/SUP] while China uses a BMI of greater than 28.[SUP][19][/SUP]

I know a lot of people in jail for multiple murders that eat Skittles. I wish people would stop pointing out that he had candy in his backpack to somehow imply that he was a sweet little kid that would do no wrong. We have photos and other personal references that show that TM idolized that gangster life.
You don't have any such pics..link it

That's all irrelevant. Did GZ fear for his life? That's pretty much the only question that matters.
SURE he was..2 abrasions and 1 bloody nose = is good enough reason for any vigilante..right? A shot right to the heart..is THE only thing that could have been done seeing how his life was in such grave danger.

I would never put myself into a situation where I would be the guilty party. Fact is, if you are innocent and did nothing wrong, there is no reason to hide from the cops. Zimmerman didn't and they felt all his story checked out and sent him home. We all know why this trial is in place to begin with.

You are only a suspect if you did something wrong.

Also, guns are not fore weenies. I use guns for many a different reasons, which include but is not limited to: Protection, hunting, target shooting, sport etc....

Here is a scenario for you; You and your wife/girlfriend whatever, are walking to your car, you for some reason fall behind and the next thing you see is some dipshit pointing a gun in the face of your loved one. would you rather not have a gun to put one in that fuckers head, or watch your loved ones get their blown off? Mace is for my fiancee, she carries it everywhere, but that is only because she hasn't been though the course yet to carry one. Also, I am very active with working out, and by no means a weenie and can very much hold my own.

Don't get me wrong, not all situations are for a gun. If someone is running their mouth and puts their hands on me, I'll put them down and not with the gun. I carry a gun because you never know when you will need it, and you never know when someone else is going to pull one on you. Better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.
Take that scenario a little further. What if you were able to beat the shit out of this guy and you decided to do so, then he shot you cause you hit him a few more times than he thought was necessary. How bout you ask your wife if she would like that person to walk because you hit him a few too many times. I know the benefits of carrying a gun, that is why I used to carry.

2 lacerations and a broken nose. And you wonder why I think you are getting details wrong....
I gave up on her when she said Z had his pistol in a holster in the small of his back. Z had his holster on his right hip. There is no sin in being wrong once, but to maintain your ignorance renders you useless to any discussion; she is either a moron or a propagandist.

so say you and that doesn't mean anything..sorry.
Mmm, actually it does, far more than anything you spout. I wouldn't give a squirt of piss for your opinion on any topic. We already have a saggy-titted douchebag of a troll in this section and several members who parrot and mimic him at every turn, you're really not bringing anything to the party.
