Deleted and not looking for anymore assistance. Thanks to those who tried to help and not just out to prove how much of a douchebag they can be.

I don't think you need intake fans. If you size the intakes properly (make them 2x's the size of exhaust) then air will be drawn in passively.

If they're just air exchange, you might even get away with one for both rooms. You can get dampers to control temps between the rooms.

Youre going to need some ducting. At least some couplings

so I assume the largest exhaust fan is for cooling hoods? Does that haven fresh air intake?

odor/noise isn't an issue?

what is your lighting situation?

Hiya M8,

With those spaces, a passive intake system will suffice. Instead of spending the money on intake fans, go with your larger fans for exhaust, you could have some serious heat/humidity issues with that much wattage in each room. so you will have to increase your intake size, or add 1 or 2 more across the area. Passive eliminates the room needing a fan for intake. If your intake fan fails, it could be catastrophic in short order. Go with passive and have backup exhaust capabilities due to the fact the hoods are air cooled. Internal air movement will be critical part in the puzzle as well. Not to mention it will be a tad more quiet. Other than that, looking forward to the construction phase.

4 1000w in a cold winter would be ok in a garage space, but if your in a smaller room your going to need to run a pretty strong ac and dehumidifier along side of it. I would highly recommend if you can afford that electric bill you should go get sum glass covered hoods, it'll help reduce temps if you pull a lot of air out of the room. also buy commercial box fans it'll keep better air flow in your setup

thanks for checkin me out ASMALLVOICE! I can agree with the passive intakes, being cheaper and not relying on a mechanical fan to do the work. Any ideas what makes the best bug screen? I'm sure this has been asked and can be found on the forum, I will look but if anyone has some feedback for that, I'd love to hear it!

Edit: I guess I'm going with pantyhose! lol bongsmilie
I use filtrete filters on my intakes, 12x12 is the smallest I can get here. I have had no issues and they hold up well in the high humidity we have here and are not as expensive as most others. I have 2, one on my intake for my light, and the other for the intake of the room.

Didn't read everyone ones reply but the amount u will have to spend on fans. May as well buy a mini split air con.

I have 4000 watt an that is a lot of heat to try control with fans.

I can't control heat without air con.

I also have some big arse fans 2500CFM

I plan to air condition by next summer, between the lights heat and our summer temps its a must have.... I know its a lot to catch up on, but I do only plan on 3 lights for the first few months or so, only being allowed 6 plants over a foot with one patient that will probably be 2 on budding 1 on veg. I do have another patient lined up to be legal in 40 days or so, it will go to 12 plants over and 3 lights on budding most likely if I can squeeze that many under 3.
if you have a decent hood 1x 1000watt light with do 6 plants all depending on your veg time, sure 1000w will do 5x5 ft light spread

So just scrap my expensive lights and room.... Sounds reasonable.... Not. I'm looking for constructive criticism at the very least not just "Your Fucked.... See ya!"
How do I constructively say "no". You can't make a square peg fit in a round hole mate. It looks to me like you are trying to run before you can walk...... (wow cliche after cliche) or you would know this already. Growing is not the piece of piss that many new growers think. A few pots, bit of soil and a bulb..... 3 months later 1 kg of the finest weed ever. It is not hard to grow a few plants for personal use. Upscale to a commercial level and everything changes. I hope you don't come back with some shitty torrent of abuse that you have been growing for years blah blah.

My advise, as constructively as possible. Master 1 plant, then master 2, then move up another 2, then try a sog or a scrog. When you master that, upscale using your method of choice. If you don't, I promise you will be disappointed with your results and fingers crossed you don't play with bad boys who have high expectations.

Why am I saying this ? ...... Been there and got the T-shirt. Peace dude and the best of luck.

Dude, everyone starts somewhere. We have to try, fail, try again, most likely fail again and several times again, as a human being we can't expect to just pick something up and be perfect at it. That is why I am here, to get your guys' more experienced insight. Honestly though, if you want to portray yourself as a noob bashing prick rather than just saying "hey, that won't work, THIS would probably work better for you, so here is my advice."

Instead you come in here like King Shit and bash me down. Don't expect me not to get a bit defensive.

And No smartass, I have not grown for years like your self proclaimed godly self. I'm sorry that I have the inexperience and came to a place that I thought was cool and filled with nice, respectable people who would be willing to lend me their knowledge. And furthermore I don't ever want to go "commercial" or be some wanna be kingpin....

Excuse me for being a noob... Dick.

If you have nothing CONSTRUCTIVE to add, KEEP IT TO YOUR FUCKING SELF!

I'm sure sometime in your Oh So Experienced Godly Weed Growing Career you have made your share of mistakes, so don't prejudge me for being 100% incompetent when you don't even fucking know me. I came here with an idea, with a plan. I never said my plan was perfect and I doubt yours was in the beginning either. So blow me if you don't like my plan and won't share a little bit of the shit you have learned in Your years as a grower. Would it kill you? Probably not. Would it sink your pride a bit to take your head out of your ass for a few moments to come up with something useful to say.... Probably. So piss off with your shit attitude.
Lol. "been there, got the T-shirt"...... do you even understand the phrase....... I made ALL the same mistakes and more.

My constructive advise was to develope your skills gradually. It takes time to learn how to use your tools.

I am no expert, not by a long shot but I do have many years under my belt and am actually trying to help ya....... no hoods and no aircon = no chance of controlling your 4kw of heat. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. If you want to listen to advise, try this, try that and still be in the same predicament then more the fool you. I am sorry your plan isn't viable with the equipment at hand but I am not gonna waste yours and my time feeding you a crock of shit.

Put 3 of your 4kw away for a few months and master one light. If you are a quick learner and have an eye for detail then this might be quicker than you think .Then add to it and expand gradually or ..... carry on with your 4k and do it the hard way wasting a shit load of time and money. There are enough pitfalls along the way without having to redesign your environment midway through a grow because of spiraling temperatures.

WOW I just read your rant #18. Put your ego away mate, lick zoot and chill b4 u blow a gasket.
