What is this brown voodo rubbish?

Hey phellow phriends! Hope you can help, i have two outdoor girls..bluecheese and a NY city diesel. I live in NY and have gone through some extreme weather. My girls are looking real nice but there is a few things
1- pistons are brown in some areas, a while back it did have a hair popping out too...
2 - main stem and branches have a thick "bark" pressence.

I'd like better pics and it might just be the way the light is hitting the plants, but... I'm almost ready to say that you have a mildew prob.

Botrytis is a big problem is hot, humid weather.

Not 100% sure that is what this is but it would be a good idea to spray a fungicide on the plants. There are organic products available.

Your grow environment looks really wet. Browning like that is usually rot.
Get your container off that muddy ground before you do anything else.

Its in a bucket thiugh...how wouldit get wet?? And i have it on a frame that i made from broken tree branches, so it can drain proper. Im going tmrw to treat it. Not sure why just the nodes/pistils are doing that. Leaves and branches look fine. Its not all nodes/pistils

Maybe it just rained a lot, but the environment appears to be a humid one. If the container is surrounded by moisture this will cause rot, in the calyx, roots, and buds. I bet those roots are suffering. The plant overall looks healthy for now, but I will guess under these conditions your future buds will resemble what your calyx's look like now.
Be sure to keep it dry and in a breezy area.
