Amber pistils? or too early to tell?

The top 'thing' is a calyx . The calyx have two hairs coming out. The bottom 'thing' is a stipule (I think). What stage is this plant? I think pistils can go brown from nute burn, heat stress ect too

Browning pistils this early is definitely a bad sign.
Only time I have seen pistils turning colors really early is when they have been pollinated.
