My lungs are FUCKED! I have been a long time Mj smoker and love to smoke my meds. my bubbler tears me up anymore. Joints are a nice break but after a few days of smoking joints I get a cough and constant tickle in my throat. Vaporizers Ive tried still make me cough and I don't like them so much. Whats my options for smooth hitting smoke???

Sounds like what happens to me sometimes. Heat and particulates in the smoke aggravate my lungs the most. Used ice water, yet? I like to put ice in the mouthpiece of my bong when I want*smooth hits. When my lungs hurt (is that tickle worse when laying down?), I try not to hold my hits as long bc it allows more of the particulates in the smoke to remain in the lungs.

not sure about laying down....I smoked tobacco for 18 years been off of it for a year and 8 months was hoping that helped and I am sure it did. some times it seems like if I take a half breath of air then a small hit and a lot more air it seems to smooth out a bit but it still gets me going pretty good some times. I cough so hard I feel a tingle in my fingertips and toes like all the blood been pressurized and pushed outward., I get acid reflux and cough up whatevers in my stomach at the time. vomit in the weeds and keep on working is what I always say.
