The rains been wicked. Cant decide weather it wants to storm or be nice out.. But, welcome to Florida. Shes a bi-polar bitch but I love her all the same.
Best of luck..I had Cotton Candy and loved her for the "daytime" sat dom effect..CAUTION: DON'T TOP or everything leaf she has will go yellow..Hey everyone, starting my first grow in 321 (indoors) since leaving the Navy. Hoping 2014 will bring some better results for Florida or I will be leaving the state (maybe for Illinois).
Any who, I run a 400W HPS and just got two 6500k 15W CFLs for supplement. I have two synthetic-fed plants about 3-4 weeks into bloom and five others in veg (all 12/12 thou).
Strains I'm running: The Doctor & Pakistan Valley (flowering); Super Lemon Haze, Royal Flush, Underdawg OG, & Cotton Candy (veg)
All my veg plants are together in a large 19gal Rubbermaid bin being fed organic teas. I also have a batch of Subcool's Super Soil cooking minus the azomite & humic acid (not in my budget).
What do all the outdoor growers use for pest/insect control? I don't have any bug issues, just want some input verse what the west coast guys use before I plan my first outdoor grow.

Ya I plan on growin her straight up. She is the slowest grower of all my seedlings, with Super Lemon Haze being the fastest (over a foot less than 2 weeks from seed).Best of luck..I had Cotton Candy and loved her for the "daytime" sat dom effect..CAUTION: DON'T TOP or everything leaf she has will go yellow..
I might remove one of the plants, but I'm tryin to maximize yield in small, perpetual garden. Everything I have is going 12/12 from seed, until i have time/space/money to have a seperate veg room. I thought about one plant dominating the rest, but hopefully they have enough romm to grow downward and out some before the start to flower; then I shouldn't have to worry about anything but to much coverage blocking the light to other plants.I suggest you seperate the plants. Ive seen a similar set up and they fought for dominance til only one plant (the stronges one) lived....
Yeah, I was gonna mention she's tough to germ and being waaaaaaay sat dom, gonna go looooooong 11-12 weeks in flower..wait for her though don't rush..i loved her effect but some friends say she was too speedy/sat dom for them.. definately not for relaxation.Ya I plan on growin her straight up. I place a slow growing plant on cardboard box to even up the canopyI suggest you seperate the plants. Ive seen a similar set up and they fought for dominance til only one plant (the stronges one) lived....
She germinated perfectly like all the others but just a slow grower. I got 2 other 11 week sativas going, but they growin much faster and healthierYeah, I was gonna mention she's tough to germ and being waaaaaaay sat dom, gonna go looooooong 11-12 weeks in flower..wait for her though don't rush..i loved her effect but some friends say she was too speedy/sat dom for them.. definately not for relaxation.
The Cotton Candy I have is from Delicious Seeds. That is her on the left with the 400W on the side..she ended up being 5 feet tall. She germinated perfectly like all the others but just a slow grower. I got 2 other 11 week sativas going, but they growin much faster and healthier
I took your advice and seperated the plants. I used some thick sheet plastic I had lying around and cut them to fit and dug them in. My Underdawg OG had to be replanted due to her vicinity to the others, but she is the least important as she was a freebie. I'm really only interested in the Royal Flush and Super Lemon Haze plants,; the others are just for some additional herb to smoke.Craig just take two liter soda bottles and remove the top and bottom. Then cut it directly down the side until it opens like a piece of paper. Then wrap the 2 liter "paper" around each plant. That way they cant choke each other.. Why lets 5 plant kill each other until one remains, when you can have 5 plants in the end... You did say you wanted yield correct ?
