Mite infestation like "holy effing CRAP!"

Cut drywall out above my plants, and they got misted with drywall dust and particles cause my dumb ass did not remove the plants before running my out air line. lots of insulation fell and looked to be insulation on the buds. So anyways, i cut a leaf sample today to peek at tricombs, and uncovered a massive mite infestation, immediately i noticed webs on the buds, about a dozen under the leaf i picked off one of the more infested plants with the best looking buds in the room duh, the fucks could not go after the worse off ones, have to go for the prize. Did some 1,2,3's on google, and came to dish soap. went and bought dawn and was spraying the fuck out of my plants within 10 mins, hoping for minimal leaf damage, and total devastation of these fuckers. Ill be chopping like 3 of my plants in less than two weeks, so these things need to be gone like yesterday! I sure as hell am worried about mites, in what looks to be about a quarter, to half pound worth of weed. So I'm going to spray them with soap like once a day, then later with water to try and rinse off some of the residue.

Do you all have any tips? Preventative maint too so this never happens again? I'm thinking about adding a good soaping down twice a week into the grow schedule, figuring soap is going to cause more good than bad by keeping these pests away!

Anyone have a chemical name i can buy to mist the ladies that's long lasting? Or possibly a poison i can pump into the grow room once a week to fumigate the plants?

I think you should look for an insecticide that contains pyrethrum in it. This is natural and is usually derived from African Chrysanthemum flowers.
It can be applied to buds late in harvest without worrying about ingesting or smoking the residue. You can spray lettuce and consume 24 hours later.
There is a company called "Bonide" they make several different sprays even neem concentrate. The one with the pyrthrins in it is called "eight".
It can be applied liberally and you should be spraying your plants every couple weeks or so with neem at least.
Watch the labels on some. read the active ingredients, that's where the nasty chemicals are listed. some of the pyrethrum based sprays also contain other shit.
Bottom line is, it's your lungs, you choose.
I sprayed for some thrips I got from a cutting, and they were gone after one application.
I applied 7 days later, just to be sure and have not seen them in months.
And yes, spider mites are listed on "eight" as one of the victims.

I'm going to make the chop, in 2 weeks, roughly, just to make sure there pretty damn ready... So For the next 14 days, they will be getting soaped, and im going to spray bleach all over the fucking place, just not on the plants directly, heavy bleach, really heavy. I rather have the plants suffer a bit from soaping, that loose them entirely due to mass quantities of these damn things fucking, and making more, if that's even what they do lol.

also fucked up and forgot to hang the dry ice buckets in the air to cover the whole plants, and put the shit on the floor, which in my rage forgot gas was heavy and sank. I use to euthanize rats and mice with dry ice, for feeding snakes, so I can tell by "eye" what is a killing level of gas, and its typically a "moderate to heavy fog" is going to kill anything in it, luckily as humans were tall, and tower over most plants so I decided to hold one of them up and softly blow the fog among the plants. I'm not sure if i created enough to kill them though, because with rats, they needed to be submerged into the fog, for 2-5 minutes before they stopped breathing, and all vital signs where gone. but being bugs, im hoping they take much less than the mammals do. considering what would be there lungs are fucking microscopic i hope i managed to destroy them.

Personal experience right here that worked totally instantly. I had a serious infestation of spider mites like the bottom of leaves and the tops even webs :o so luckily i had a lot of the best organic may i add pest controller called "flying skull nukem" spray your plants very good getting all sides of leaves and nugs and soil. Then after spray once every week then when all is clear once every two weeks for maintaining no pest. It is spendy but gosh it works.

I'm def a mighty wash fan but think I may give the flying skull stuff a try even though they use tactics like using big tittied blondes in their ads to push their product.
150 bux a gallon , I could buy 5 gallons of mighty wash and have some coin left over.

This is true advertising is key to a successful company though. All be it a 32oz bottle of nukem is around 56$ with a 32oz bottle you can make up to 8 gallons of spray, with 8 gallons of spray thatll last you for a few full sprays of your plants at least so say you got just 2 uses out of it thats around 25$ each for some for sure pest killer, in my opinion its the only thing id ever use from now on i always have a bottle of it. Not to mention it kills several other bug pest aswell as getting rid and controlling powedery mildews and molds at the same time.

ah so it's not in ready to use form like mighty wash. I may have a look at it just because I like to have options.
One thing I noticed about it so far is they're as secretive as NPK is about their Mighty Wash, maybe even more secretive since NPK does give you a few hints.

It is in a concentrate form yes which is nice, also in the bottle it has instruction and doses for mild to severe pest infestations so you have complete control, i believe mild is 1oz per 32oz and severe is 2oz per 32oz of spray, i use 1oz mild for bi weekly sprays, so flying skull nukem is very useful its all organic and you have control of the strength.
