Whats wrong with the plant, looks like a deficiency, maybe Mag Cal?

So far my first plant is about a month old, and all went well until my first res flush. Last week.

After 3 weeks I changed the res, and I put exactly the same nutes I used last time after I PH-ed the water to 5.7, and (following Lucas formula) 12.5ML Micro + 25ML of bloom to 5 gallon RO water. (That is half the nutes needed because the plant is young and I added a new little seedlying in to the res)

Now, 4 days after I dumped my res and put new water and nutes in and I see signs of deficiency.

From what I searched this looks like Cal/Mag deficiency? Which doesn't really make sense to me since only thing I did was change my res and put new water and nutes and I see deficiency in my plant.

TDS = 270-300
PH = 5.5
Water = 75F

40ml micro and 80ml bloom would be the correct formula for 5 gallons

+add (if your giving it half and you noticed a deference then why would you not try and just give it what it suppose to get?)

Hexthat's right.. I'm no bubbleponics man but I'll try to help you out.. I'd buy a cal/mag supplement.. CaliMagic is what i use

She looks a lot better now..

40/80 is for flowering.

G-M-B (Grow-Micro-Bloom)
0-5-10 - For Vegetative cycle (18/6)
0-8-16 - For Flowering cycle (12/12)

I am using 12.5ml Flora Micro + 25ml Flora Bloom for 5 gallon of water (50% strength) I am kind of scared to add full strength nutes just yet since I have a 1 week old seedling I just put into the res. If it would help the big plant I can try it?

I am still not exactly sure on what is wrong with the plant.

I can go drive by a hydro shop tomorrow and get cal/mag supplement like spartacus420 said but I want to make sure not to add nothing new so I don't stress the seedling.

pH bro, pH. Twist, color, droop, and the tell tale streaking color in the top growth because it has no built up nutrients to sustain the green. Looks like a lockout even.

What do the inside nodes look like? Those leaves on the outside can be uber misleading if something happened and it's past it. The inside nodes might look perfect, chop those fans off and in a week or so those nodes will releaf it all for you.

Also the rockwool looks uber wet, and the water looks a bit high, but I'm mostly a coco grower so my memory of hydro might be a bit off

Yah you might be right I never thought of a lockout.
Before I flushed the res last week, I usually had the ph higher at 6.0-6.3, now the ph was lower (5.5) and all of a sudden I am seeing spots on my plant...

Update

I PHed to 6.0 and upped the nutes to 100% (from 50%) this morning.

I checked again little while ago.
PH: 5.9
TDS: 590+ (side note, I use http://www.amazon.com/ZeroWater-ZT-2-Electronic-Water-Tester/dp/B002UUTAI6 which I got free with my water filter, should I get a different one?)

This is what the plant looks now. The inner nodes look really good, but you can see a little brown spots on the top leaves, but the bottom leaves have the most.

Update:
Removed the worst looking leaves yesterday.

How the plant looked before I cut the leaves off

Here is what she looks like now, leaves are still showing up brown spots, but it doesn't look like it is progressing like earlier.

I am not sure if the plant recovered or still suffering?
