Great thread people...the pics WOW! I think I'll jump in, I don't take a lot of pics but here goes. These pics are of a creation I have come up with, Mum was cheese and Dad was Great white shark. View attachment 2763803The color must be from the mum but I'm guessing now.View attachment 2763805Harvest is quite easy, not much trimming just big leaf removalView attachment 2763806Next I am going to take this ladies and mate her with an exodus Cheese papa. The frostier the better
I like the formation of this.

Nugs are sparkling Slip. Think the LED is helping with the production of THC or maybe some tweaks in your soil? Red LEDS?

What's up Sir G? Glad you could make it and show off the buds. Fat buds. How long have you been growing?

yea, if you really want to keep it short, then the LEDs give 20% smaller bud`s but also 20% more potent Bud`s then HID atleast compared to my 600W HPS

think you get a little less intense light, but also a light in a better spectrum, therefor the outcome

I have noticed that the SCROG has created two different environments. Above and below the screen. The canopy is filling in to a point that the below the screen it's thinning out of leaves and becoming just branches. I exaggerate, but you get what I mean. It's kind of a balancing act to create enough new growth above the screen to support the bud production while keeping the overall plant small enough that the lights still penetrate.

Rotating and clocking buckets has been replaced with branch weaving.

Remember how bushy and full my Kush was when she went outside?
I panicked at first, but after some thought, just left her be.
Now, the middle bottom looks naked compared to what it was......
She just yellowed and thinned herself out.

lol yeah, a pain in the neck, no matter what you do it involves work

but, lets see, Im still to have a perfect grow with em, maybe this time, first time I got 8 male/hermi ball`s and 18ish seed`s second time I hit 31C from the heat wave and got a bit flimsy bud`s

got 29C in there now and seem`s like they enjoy it, when I see it get down to 27C (in a day or two) I switch, also give me a chance to give em a good feeding before as I have to water agin tomorrow and on the small plant I think I see a bit of P maybe K deficiency, like a dark green color in the center of the new growth but normal looking green at the edges, nothing big, just a small sign, as she is in organic soil, I´ll give her a half dose top dressing with some Bat guano and bit of guano tea that will cover most/all nutrients, micro`s and trace elements

Thanks prosp. Growing cannabis is the newest gig. I've got 15+ years with bud. I went to school in the late 80's and from there right into greenhouse production. Since my illness I have started teaching my daughter...so its kind of like a family thing. More pics to come soon.

Just finished spreading the my lights out to improve coverage and give the girls some space. I decided to shoot pics from a different angle instead of the close ups.

Thanks Prosperian! I'm starting to see a couple of the fan leaves starting to yellow, but I think that it's just a normal part of them maturing. Your LED setup looks nice and neat as usual. I will probably check out LEDs after I recoup the $ from my investment in my current setup.. Just trying to get more experience under my belt. I've got the cloning down ok and I just starting to play with seeds. Will post some pics of my Jordan of the Islands Lemon Skunk seedlings. Peace!

You have a nice setup that will last for years GS, but I guess you can always sell it when you're done with it. Temp was my breaking point to go LED. It's 9pm and it still 99 degrees out! WTF!

Yes, You are right and I got it for a great price. I guess I'm kind of like a kid, I want to play with the new toys. Your setup with the LED and Scrog looks cool. Will be following to see how to see how your yield and potency turns out. I had to grow out that, I spent many years chasing technology. That was a losing game. 99 degrees @ 9pm is crazy I think we hit a high of 85 today and now It's 7:30 here and the sunshine is still hanging around, but its cooling off as the times clicks away. Man stay cool, but in your area you got to have AC, here we don't need it as much. Peace Prosp!
