My eyes lit up with the first paragraph!! I got exactly what you mean and that is just simply amazing! I now know how to get larger sizes of acoustic ducting into my tent and manage to get it outside also without any lengths of non insulated pieces of ducting.Just pull the inside duct as far out through the insulation as you can and run it through the vent hole from the middle. Run the duct through the inside of the sleeve and pull the insulation over the outside of the sleeve so it goes flush with the wall from the inside

Sorry I know that picture doesn't show much. After pushing the duct through and sliding the insulation over the tent sleeve go around the outside and take another piece and pull the duct work out from the inside (just push the insulation back, grab the duct and keep pulling it should give you several inches to work with.). Just tape the duct from the new piece to the duct that's coming through your sleeve from the inside

I can getter pics later on sorry if it didn't make any sense my battery is about to die
Thanks! I am always amazed at the new things I learn every day on this site!! But I have to say this is one of the rarer bits of info. Not heard this way of managing it. I could easily get 6" ducting in my tent now!
