The first three are of the plant in question the 4the and 5th are other plants I over watered, is it safe to water after they are bone dry? What does the yellowing mean? The second biggest one is ready for transplant and I haven't yet, but it doesn't have any yellow just the curling. Maybe the bigger one got nute burn from the flora gro and overwatering? What should I do now? Also the smallest and last picture that plant was started at the same time as the other smaller one yet its growth rate is like half as you can see, is this a result of overwatering as well?

Its hurt because that plant has no business getting anything except for plain water right now, dude. What's your ppm out of the tap?

ppm = particles per million... so say you start with water that has a measurement of 250, then add nutes, measure again and it's at 900+... then you know you have 650 +/- of whatever you're adding. you can do it with the runoff but IMO it's pointless cause dirt will come out too and fuck it up, hehe
...but i wouldn't worry too much about that right now

regardless, it looks like you may have burned it a bit. most soil already has "food" added to it and you generally don't need/want to add any nutes or whatever food you use for about three weeks, as it takes a while for the plant to eat the food already in the soil. adding more = over feeding = nute burn
