Pickles, smeared in cream cheese and wrapped in very thinly sliced deli ham. You cut them into bite sized pieces....theyre great for parties sounds icky but its good. Also sociables butter crisp crackers topped with cream cheese, deli ham and green onion, (or scallion) or some fresh asparagus steamed, a shot of chicken stock poured over, some sesame seeds and a tiny bit of shredded Parmesan and asiago cheese. You stir it up and it makes a killer sauce.
