Hashish Newbie Needs Advice

Never made hash before and I'd like to try it this year, I expect to harvest about a pound of bud, is this enough to make a little hash and have a nice stash? Is there a certain ratio like gram per ounce? TIA
 
If you plan on running a whole pound then yes you will have a nice little head stash.
Make sure you do some research there is tons of good info on here

Also no certain ratio it all depends on the quality of the product

how you looking to make it? If you want something fairly easy for a first time with a QUICK end product ready for use. Id recommend gettin a 90 or 110 micron hash bag, they are pretty cheap. And look up a video on making dry ice hash and go with that.

These links will provide what you need..the bags are worth 100$ easy and are excellent quaity..you will want a washer unless you think you can (or want to) stir for 15 mins straight.

In all seriousness although vac purging is probably a good idea with BHO it isn't absolutely necessary. Just think for every technical way of doing things there also exists the "ghetto" way of doing things which although might not be as sophisticated, get the job done just as well.
 
There's people using their ovens and drills to whip their product wasn't that in the newer high times issue with budderking?
