At least there are sun rises hereIf I was on SoCal I would go to the beach and watch the sunset. I moved to the east coast 20 years ago and that is the thing I miss the most. Hermosa pier, the light house bar, roller skateing on the strand. I could go on but you get the picture.
You don't think the rattler's might be a little bad tempered in this heat? I'm thinking about the Getty (not the villa of the two brothers he heard tales of the banning over the retsina... ). He's holding out for China Lake NAS sigh.....Go on haj to the Vasquez Rocks. They filmed this awesomeness there.
Speaking of insects.... they have a butterfly garden at the LA Museum of Natural History.... I like butterflys.Ooo, rattlers. i went there in July of '03, fulfilling thirty years' ambition of visiting the Trek Place. I saw no rattlers. God watches over drunks, fools and mad chemists.
I am also experiencing an attack of the cranial insects. It's all just neurons firing randomly at this point, to quote an old colleague whose experience with cowboy chemistry exceeded even mine ...
The Balboa Air and Space Museum is amazing. One of my fav's. But San Diego, so I'm trying for closer than that or DC LOLWhen I lived near Washington DC, two favorite destinations were the Botanical Gardens and the Zoo. The Zoo had this enormous paraboloid of an aviary. The Gardens had Cattleyas, big showy ones, that had the most amazing odor of bubblegum.
Then they built the Air and Space Museum, and my loyalties switched faster than a double agent's.
Do you mean Avenida de Revolucion? No I have sort of been banned south of the border LOL. There are a few places I just can't go anymore ha!go to Revolution BLVD
