First time ordering seeds online, received a lovely letter from Customs that cannibis seeds were confiscated. Company policy offers a guarantee though. My only concern is having them re-ship them under the same name and address. What to do ...?
 
So far customer service been great in resolving this problem.
Supposedly, I am the first Californian to have package confiscated by them. " I'm either very unlucky or a marked man" I don't know if I should laugh or wonder in paranoia.

unless you mean specifically that company nah ive had plenty of homies in CA get their shit taken.. if youre medical id just ship to same address . ur good :)
 
Yeah if you're legit don't worry. There's been several people to get those letters with no reprocussions ever.

same thing happened to me a few months ago from attitude came thru cali. I got the shirt so they reshipped to the same address a week later no problem. BUT I live in Colorado so I wasn't sweating the law. Cali Customs sucks they open everything 11111-39999 zips go thru NY and 40000-99999 zip codes get stopped in cali.
 
Update, 2nd shipping is on the way, my original order couldn't be filled, since the seeds I originally ordered are now out of stock. Seedmadness guaranteed is restricted 2 only 2 attempts at shipping. So if they get snagged again , I'm SOL. Keeping my fingers crossed.
 
Yea man i had some siezed bout 2 weeks ago then another order arrives a week later same address... Both orders from attitude....the reship is on its way
 
Update. Well the 2nd attempt under different name and address was confiscated again in LA. Oh and guaranteed shipping means 2 attempts, so I'm SOL. The only reason I ordered from them because they were the only seedbank that still had DNA Kush Dream in stock. Waste of time and money. What a bummer. Time to utilize local dispensaries instead. Shipping overseas game sucks! To be fair, Seedmadness customer service as far as communication goes was great. But I do find it hard to believe that this was thier first unsuccessful delivery to CA. Yeah Right!

I got green tape from a bong I ordered. The package was seized and a customs letter was sent to my house with my ''options'' in the letter. Just throw it away I assume?

Too bad! I got snagged too with an order from the tude and going through LA customs. It's the first time I've gotten snagged so the left coast is not safe anymore. Hell, it sure helped putting Marc Emery in jail. There's probably been over 5 million seeds sold after he got sent up.
