Windows 8 is bullshit and I think they need to offer a damn recall and repair the glitches while reverting it to something worthwhile for those without touch screens
youd be surprised the amount of people on here who dodo people really use ie?? lol..
You do realize that Ubuntu is just a Mac without terminal right?I haven't used windows for years now. Linux all the way, no problems, no slowing down over time and it just works as long as you have compatible hardware, eg graphics card.
It takes a bit to learn and I am still learning every day but I would never go back to windows!
I use Ubuntu 13.04.
IE is the bread and butter for hackers and the NSA. Users beware. Or not, I could be joking.... Or am I?youd be surprised the amount of people on here who do
i think more than 70% of people on riu use ieIE is the bread and butter for hackers and the NSA. Users beware. Or not, I could be joking.... Or am I?
OMG whyyyyy? Do you use it too?i think more than 70% of people on riu use ie
That's craziness.. even I, super Mr untech man of the year, used ie for about an hour years ago when I got my first computer and already hated it and was looking for an alternative..i think more than 70% of people on riu use ie
I don't think so, but I'm constantly seeing her in support helping all the... oh the enter button doesn't work, crowd..OMG whyyyyy? Do you use it too?
no but i must use it in order to figure out support questions sometimes but either than that no. why would you think that?OMG whyyyyy? Do you use it too?
Sunni's way too good to be using ie.. psst..no but i must use it in order to figure out support questions sometimes but either than that no. why would you think that?
Was just curious if you did. You said 70% so I was curious if you fell into that percentage.no but i must use it in order to figure out support questions sometimes but either than that no. why would you think that?
If you are super mr untech man of the year then I have to be super untech runner up man. lol. That's craziness.. even I, super Mr untech man of the year, used ie for about an hour years ago when I got my first computer and already hated it and was looking for an alternative..
Oh wow, that os isn't even remotely operator friendly. My family are still using 7 and I'm over their house fixing their computer at least one a month. If I knew they would pay I would charge them.If you are super mr untech man of the year then I have to be super untech runner up man. lol.
I agree about ie. Never liked it.
I like chrome. It works best for my internet needs. Seems like I get a lot more ads than I used to when looking stuff up with chrome tho.
my dad got a new laptop. It has win8 on it. He's been having a hell of a time learning it. It's kind of funny watching a damn near 70 year old man try and figure out a new os.
well theres a current issue with ie 10 and vbulletin systems the enter key does not work vbulletin is supposed to fix it, but it seems almost any browser issue or site problem with directly related to ie 10 since its NOT compatible with vbulletinWas just curious if you did. You said 70% so I was curious if you fell into that percentage.
You would think that all the issues people have with it they would use a different browser...
Lol.. that makes me feel a bit better..If you are super mr untech man of the year then I have to be super untech runner up man. lol.

I know they wont though.
Lol.. that makes me feel a bit better..
I have learned a lot over the last few years.. I have a techy friend who used to post here a lot who helps me, but tech support via text isn't all the easiest to say the least..
Plus a few others from here hold me hand when needed.. curious2garden has helped tons.. neo knows his stuff as does see4, and I learn a lot from reading sunni telling people what not to do, so that helps as well..
There is a string of code (patch) that should be entered in to fix the problem with IE10. Should solve the issue if people really need/want to use IE.well theres a current issue with ie 10 and vbulletin systems the enter key does not work vbulletin is supposed to fix it, but it seems almost any browser issue or site problem with directly related to ie 10 since its NOT compatible with vbulletin
