Not crazy at all. Only part I hate is when I play with my hands in soil, my skin is destroyed!

Is that you playing football in the picture?

It may have destroyed mine but I fuck my hands up constantly so it's of no real effect to me.

Yea man that's me, well one of the guys in the pic is me. The one getting the handoff would be me. I loved playing running back, minus the blocking part. Was never too fond of that but it comes with the territory.

Okay it's been a couple days so how about some pics? Well after a bit of research I think I have discovered why the antidote and banana puff are struggling so much with the clawing. Too much N. Which makes a lot of sense, since they are in reused coco that probably wasn't washed well by some amateur grower...mmmm who could that be? ME!! Anywho, I have a watered down nute solution to give them (1/2 strength). The little ones appear to be doing well for the most part. I had one antidote who's starter leaves just did not want to face upright so poor baby never got any light. Then the 3rd sour cherry I thought was starting to sprout never did. So in total I believe that leaves me with 16. So not bad. The reveggers aren't producing anything yet but that's to be expected really. That about handles the recap. The soil is still marinating.

Man looking at these pics and I look like a failure as a grower. I'm learning quite a bit though. Just the hard way, the only way I seem to learn....lol.

Happy green leaves.

Yea something like that. Not quite firing on all cylinders with the germing bit but it's getting there. The sad thing is the banana puff 2 isn't a reveg, it had a N abundance. So the leaves look like hell and clawing. But she's (hopefully) turning around. As is the antidote. The little ones are looking stronger each day. I think I need to back down a bit on the nutes.

I really wanna try the soil now. Soon as I take clones, they're going in the soil. I have figured out I need a second trash can though. The soil doesn't turn very well without the extra room in trash can. This weeks/weekends project, new trash can and transferring half the sil mix over. More fun in the dirt. The bacterias & fungi are already forming on the top layers.

..I think them seedlings will not need no feed, till your soil is ready,at this stage is the best time to just sit back and let the plants grow.

Thanks G. Yea I think I'm starting to learn that was another difference from the first time I germed and recent attempts. I kept thinking the the food in the seed pod would only feed them until they got sprouted. I will say that the larger banana puff2 and antidote are stacking nodes up tightly, possibly due to them approaching the t5. The leaves are slowly looking healthier. The leaves have stacked up more tightly in the last two days then the photos I posted yesterday (those pics were actually from the day before).

Is the banana puff or antidote a heavy N feeder? Also, anyone have thoughts on whether or not it's okay to take plants started in synthetic to soil? I wouldn't think it would be an issue but I'm curious.

i think i've said it before don, but you should re-use it, one application of cannazym or similar product and you are good to go, anything but seedlings will be fine.

G my seedlings are in straight coco right now. You guys think it'll shock them transplanting them into my soil mix? All I have for containers right now are those solo cups and 3 gallon smart pots. Those antidotes look purdy. lol.

Thanks Don buddy. I've been looking forward to it. You could always use it to help compost grass clippings. The coco probably still has a high N content and will help break down grass faster as it needs N to break down. Idk if to compost at all. Or just use it for mixing into veggie soil. Still have great water retention/drainage.

Yea I'm excited about this. Hoping these little babies love their new medium. I did notice that my soil started getting this stench to it. Not terrible just like an septic/egg mixed with moldy bread smell to it. I'm a little concerned it may be going anaerobic. Doing some research now. Currently thoughts that I wasn't turning frequently enough. I was only turning every five days or so but I couldn't turn it well until today when I used the top layer that smelled earthy on the new little ones. So I gave it a good mix today. Hopefully that will help things. I'm also going to start mixing it every two days. If you guys have any further ideas lemme know. Got lazy and used my phone for the pics....

nothing but water for the next (2-3)weeks looking good.

yea, sometimes you got to let the lid sit off for a day,or so..on your soil mix.
Aright cool man. I'll go pull the lid off of it. I'm kinda happy about the conversion to soil. Straight reminds me of helping my dad in the garden when I was kid. LOVE IT. Hopefully it'll love me.

Hey what are the genetics of those photos you just posted in your album? Looks nice and frosty.

Hope the day is going well for ya buddy.

hell yea soil will do you right at this point its all on the plant now,all you got to do is keep light/water/air in check.

and I think I may have it with this one.the pic with the milk jug,is another one,its 1 of 4 my buddy grew(2nd time growing),that had the same smells as this one, hell most of them did.

Wow man I see what you're talking about. The milk jug pic is niiiiiice. You can hardly see the fox tailing with all that frost. When I saw the GG on GGG's site after you pointed them out I've been thinking that must be a great strain to breed with or test its crosses. I'm kinda jealous no lie man. lol. On a separate note the people I frequent their pages are so hospitable. Wish I could link with you guys at some point. Just me aloud though.
