How far away 110W PLL?

Hey guys! My plants are 25 days old and I'm growin PLL (it has reflector) and I wonder how far to keep them away from plants? Are they like T5 that can stay 5CM away or?

Any pictures? Myself I when I veg them I keep the lights around 20 inches from tops. Using T'5. Now you can go lower way lower. As long as you don't burn your plant of course. test it at 20" put your hand on top of your plants and if it a nice warm leave like that but if it bothers you raise it up 6".

I would think so, most fluorescent light need to be keeped close, according to my light meter my T5HOs only provide really strong light at 5-10 cm at 10-20 they still do ok, but after 25 cm I don't even get a reading on my light meter, but agin a big 250W you might need to keep a bit father away but that is only Bc. of the heat, as the above post said, try with your hand, keep it there for a few minutes tho, if its ok for your hand its also ok for your plants
