I am completly done with tude seed bank. These people sent my beans to the wrong house with my name on the package. This has me scared to even try to grow again. I'm having a hard time seeing how you can make that kind of mistake. I tracked my package and it was delivered a whole nother tow over beside me. Is there any other good seedbank that sends to US?

That has NOTHING to do with the Merchant, and EVERYTHING to do with the shipper.
Bro, the Tude is over seas. They tender to a foreign shipper, who then tenders to the USPS or a US Grounds Carrier.
Thats like saying "Ill never order from Amazon again, UPS left my package outside in the rain".
I ship packages all day at my job, and i hear this a LOT. Your scapegoating one of the best SB's for a Shipping problem.

Not Tude, but you yourself with the order.
They print on the label what you input.
I deal with customers who never even receive their product daily, because while placing web orders they mis-type their address.
Thats not to imply that is what occurred here, previous exp working for FedEx enlightened me that 2/10 packages just don't make it where they are going.
Drives are mostly sub-contracted, and to make their scratch have to work long shifts and push deadlines to crank out deliveries.
As a runner, at least 5-10 packages on a route would be at the wrong door step. The closer to December, the worse it gets.

I would try Breeders Boutique, not a Seed Bank but still good seeds. Or Nirvana, same Sitch.

Yes that's correct. They PRINT out the label based on the information YOU filled in during your transaction. If you ever noticed the shipment labels aren't hand written, J
My information was correct no flaws at all. They sent it to a whole other state a state I didn't even have on my address so this was not on me

Its pretty doubtful they're going to put the wrong state.

Like I mentioned its going to be database driven and linked with mail merge in order to print out shipping labels.

Have you actually contacted them and told then what's happened?

Look bro I never type my delv address in its always saved on tude cause I've been ordering for some time from them. This is the second problem back to back my last order my beans were not even in package but they reshipped due to a mistake on there end. Now this order wasn't even sent to the right place. Yes btw I did contact them. Just like you I'm in a loop on how the hell the wrong address could be on there when they print them. I know your prob saying chill its not that serious they will replace them but its serious to me when some stranger gets a package with my name on it that has some beans in it

Well to add, I once had an order of mine end up in Alabama.......that's like half a country away. I tracked it all the way, contacted them and they resent the order right away. I never did get an explanation so...... I totally believe this guy's story. I stopped with Attitude all together. It's now SickMeds, Sannie and Sea of Seeds for me with never a problem anymore.

It's completely possible for them to screw up the address. I supervised the Internet shipping dept for a large company here and the software that is used to ship has flaws and there is also human error. It can and will happen with almost any large company.

Absolutely they could have made a mistake when they addressed your package. I had this happen to me with my big dollar LED grow light a few months ago, I made sure my address was correct and the customer service supervisor helping me verified that one of his folks transposed my house number, thus UPS sent it to the address on the label. Took two days of sweating things out but I finally got my light. People make mistakes on all ends.

I ordered something one time from Amazon and got a telescope. Like a kid's telescope. WTF?

But then I thought, if I got this kid's telescope, did the kid get my XL man thong?
