not familiar with the strain. as mentioned, i never top after they're nine days old. also, northern light autos take 75-80 days to harvest after germ which gives the plant plenty of time to recover. if it's a 60 day strain i wouldn't bother topping. GL

ar well ill be alright, got a 70day life so im going to top asap, my seed popped over the weekend and have 4 tiny little leaves looking up at me, on what number of nodes should i be topping , i was thinking around the 4th node but am not to sure ?

Don't top it. LST will give your FAR BETTER results. Topping is just simply not for auto's.
Redirection of auxins is the name of the game. If you want more colas then train your plants to put off more colas.
I'm really trying to help ya here. There will always be people that will say to do it, just like poking the base of the stem.
All you're doing is hurting your plant, losing valuable veg time while you can LST and knock it out of the park.

Yeah, I saw Kush top the hell out of that girl. He did awesome with her.
Wouldn't even try taking anything away from Kush, but...
I think he could have done better with ScrOG.
I'm probably pretty biased though, lol.

Yeah, I agree auto's are coming along daily.
Bigger, stronger, more stable strains that can take pretty much anything a photo can.
I pinch quite a bit to keep things where they need to be.
I can't argue with the number of colas on that plant.
What a kick ass grow.
