The leaves of 2 of my sprouts are dropping, and their sets of another plant seem to be growing in a weird spiral.

yep just don't water them till the cup feels light (a weight reference) and the soil on the top is dry

I agree looks like overwatering, I would have filled the cups with more soil so as the plant would stand above the rim, seems to me as is, the rim is interfering with proper air circulation.

o.o; Well luckily im close to transplanting them into their final pots. ( 2gal and 3gal ) Once they spring back into action, ill give them a few nights before popping them into another pot.

Just went and checked on them, The leaves have gone back to normal, and their 2nd sets are even bigger today!!! All my plants are happy and growing!!! seriously thought i fucked up there for a moment. But i'll be much more careful on the watering from now on. Minimal watering every 3-5 days ( depending on mositure of the soil )

I took some scissors and cut the cups a bit, so now the soil is level with the rims of the cup. ( Can't believe i didnt think about this earlier... ) By cutting the cups in almost half, it cut down on the size they took up inside the box, now they all have even space and are roughly the same distance from the light.

I'll be waiting a few days ( probably the next day im gonna water them ) I'll transplant them into their final 3gal pots.

these guys are right about the overwatering. The weird leaf formations ae from the light bouncing off the inside walls of the cup which are highly reflective. with the light coming from weird side angles instead of straight down from above the plant is a little confused about which way to form the leaves for maximum photosynthesis. Why did you decide to plant them way down at the bottom of the cup like that with so little soil? The leaves will start to become normal again as the over-watering stops and the leaves are no longer receiving light from weird angles ie. after you transplant.

This is my first indoor grow, i normally just grow outdoors during the right season. Figured i'd start a winter project with an indoor grow Everything's all good now though.

And the reason i used such little soil, is because they will be easier to transplant into their final pots, Theres nothing surrounding the plants now aside from the mylar lining of the growbox they are in, so i believe they are getting the most light they can now
