Attitude Seed Bank - Review

Or maybe, just maybe people come here to complain about Attitude because they aren't good at what they do. Which is to put a packet of seeds in a fucking container and ship it. A fucking monkey could do the job, yet Attitude seems to fuck it up more often than not.

Not only that, but their customer service is a joke. They send me out the wrong seeds and the order is also missing seeds. So when I ask them to correct the issue, they tell me I need to send them the wrong seeds first, then they will send out the correct seeds, and they wont send out my missing seeds that I paid for. Mind you, the missing seeds cost nearly $140US.. they simply wont send them.

I will never use Attitude again. I will be taking my current $1000US that is burning a hole in pocket over to Herbies or another seed bank. But I will never ever use Attitude again.

You clearly do not know how an RMA process works. In the real world, when a business fucks up an order, they send out a replacement to the customer with return postage, the customer then places broken or in my case, duplicate item in the return postage.

In Attitude world, pot head land, the burden is on the customer to return the duplicate item before Attitude, the one's who fucked up the order to begin, will do anything about it.

That. Is fucking. Stupid.

i had this problem with the tude once see.. same spleal.. ordered x, got z.. contacted them, and i have to say, the really made me jump through some hoops.. take a picture of the package, take a pix of the seeds, of course with the red hand written numbers in the pix..
ok, i do so, they get back to me, ok, send the seeds back and we'll send you the seeds you ordered.. i send the seeds back, with a lil note with my order number on it and my contact info.. guess what?? they never got the seeds i sent back and i never got the seeds i ordered. i was pissed, and my gut instinct when it first happened was right, that i should have just kept the seeds i got and i was never going to get what i ordered.. well, not only didn't i get what i ordered, i was also now out the seeds they sent by mistake as i listened to them and mailed them back to them..

was my only real issue ever with the tude, but yeah, i wasn't happy with the results, to say the least.. :(

I posted in another thread about my experience with Attitude (positive), but I've had a problem with some of the order missing that I didn't realize until the day after the package arrived.

To sum it up, I had my 1st shipment seized at customs, and they reshipped pretty quickly. I posted I was happy with how they handled things and I would order from them again. Until I realized that some of the ceeds I ordered were not in the package. I double checked my email receipt from Attitude, and there was $48 worth of missing ceeds, I got all the freebies and the other 2 strains, but one strain I paid for was just not in the package. No extra ceeds were in the package, so it's not a case of getting the order wrong, it's just they failed to put the full order in the package they shipped.

I emailed them the next day. No response. Waited a week, emailed again. Still no response. I'd assume at this point they are either too busy or closed temporarily, or they think I'm making up the missing ceeds and don't want to deal with me. I'm not an idiot, I opened the package extremely carefully with an exacto knife on top of a large clean table, so it's not a case of the ceed package falling out and me just losing them. It's $45 or so worth of product I paid for that was never delivered, and received no response to my 2 emails.

Honestly, I am just happy to have some of the strains I ordered (after the first green tape scare), but the principle of the issue kind of bothers me, especially the lack of any reply to my emails. Will try different seedbank next time. For what it's worth, of the 3 times I have ordered strains, I was most pleased with SeaofSeeds.

i do know that the attitude were just closed for 2 weeks m8.. i think they just re-opened last monday ..
i'd try and re-email them again m8, as i'm sure they're super backed up with emails since being closed for 2 weeks.. of you could even try and call them on the phone and speak to them directly, which would probably be your best bet imo..
just remember uk time is 5 hours ahead of e.s.t., so you'd have to figure out when 9-5 uk time would be your time so you could call when they're open.. :D

that's really shitty of them, all the more reason my gut was correct in thinking NOT to send back the wrong seeds. the sad thing is, in the past i had nothing but nice things to say about them. i only ever ordered from them. now, unless they do something drastic this week, i will never be using them again.

Right. But what I think you mean is, Until the next time Attitude fucks up and someone has the courage to say something thread. Right? That's what you meant right? Because youre obviously not blaming us, the consumer, that we are somehow wrong, are you? That would be stupid. Really really stupid.

Hey man, if you deserve 'em, I hope you get them. And I hope they grow you some fantastic budz.

As to your style of conversation, and the type of enjoyment you likely do not bring to any setting, I wouldn't waste a Sea of Seeds auto freebie on buzz kill like you. Best of luck just the same.

I never had a problem with the tude until this week. My first order got snagged in LA. Been buying seeds for over 5 years without an interception. Their stealth has been blown now though. I don't have time to fight over it, just presenting my experience. The thing I get tired of is us weed people getting fucked over all of the time. A fucking pipe with a little plastic and some milled aluminum cost 70 bucks? Fucking vaporizers that blow up with a little static electricity charge? Not to mention friends getting locked up... God damn papers used to be 10 cents. I'm just old and cranky now...

I think I owe it to Attitude to follow up to this post, they did finally get back to me about the missing product, and told me they are shipping it out today. Basically my word against theirs as to this one missing pack of ceeds. Got to give it up to them, they have done right on everything they could possibly do with this order.

  • Hey guys, Medical marijuana patient here. My post will be short & detailed, & informative. Let this save you money people. Listen to what I am about to say.

    I have been a loyal customer of attitude seedbank for a very long time. Probably as long as I have been growingmarijuana legally I have been purchasing my seeds from them without issue, Their shipping is great & their seedsusually arrive without cause.

    A few crops ago in soil I ordered some jamacian me crazy from cali connection seeds. Only 3 of them germinated & one ended up going yellow & dying for no reason. Never had that with a sprout in my life, Also received a 12 pack of regular cali connection through their promotion at the time. The germination rate & hermie rate through out their regular pack of seeds was completely awful. I couldnt believe these seeds where being sold professionally.

    So that brings me to my latest crop, Now out of soil & growing in under current systems, A few years later here we decide to order some LA cheese & Pre-98 bubba, Again from cali connection. (LA cheese from big buddha seeds ) The pre-98 bubba did the same thing as the jamaican me crazy. 4 seeds germinated, 1 was a retard & died off & I was left with 3 out of 6 that where actually useful plants. Here I am with 2x under current systems with 8 sites each, now I have 8 LA cheese ready to go in & only 3 out of 8 for the other system being the pre-98 bubba had not fully germinated.

    I got in contact with attitude seedbank about this through email & through my messages attached to my next order witch was another pack of pre-98 bubba to shore up the short fall of 5 plants I had, I needed another package ofseeds to germinate. I made it very aware to attitude my disspleasure with spending this much on seeds & having a horrible germination rate, Although they state they do not talk about germination & we all accept that in advance, They spoke about it with me as I am a medical marijuana patient & made this clear to them that I could provide any documents nessisary. They accepted the responsibility & shipped out not 1, But 2 packs of pre-98 bubba each containing not 6 but 8 seeds each.

    Now you are probably asking, Why is this post titled STAY AWAY from attitude if they just re-embursed you so well ? Well here we go lets get to the meat of the story now.

    These packages of seeds arrive, I get to sprouting them to hurry up & shore up our #'s so we can get these plants into their respective systems. Days pass, 0 seeds out of 16 FUCKING seeds GERMINATED !!! Thats right, They sent 2 packs of pre-98 bubba to re-emburse me because of the original pack's horrible germination rate, Yet the 16 seedsthey send me to replace the original 6, 0 out of 16 germinate. How big of a joke is this ? How is cali connection still aloud to vend seeds ? Why is attitude still selling their product ?


    So I call in to speak to their manager who turns out to be some russian sounding butch woman that starts screaming at me, Literally screaming & interupting everything I have to say telling me I have accepted the rules & I got what I deserved & I am in shock litterally listening to this woman who is supposed to be manger, Just screaming at me like some type of high school girl.

    I eventually stopped trying to speak as nothing I said was going to stop this insane woman from screaming at the top of her lungs like some insane russian war beast.

    Anways, Stay away from attitude. This is comming from a loyal customer who has been with them for years & will never use them again due to their lack of respect towards the medical community, Especially from their manager. I have fucking epilepsy & i am on disabiltiy for fuck sakes I dont have the money to waste on your seeds to fund some crazy russian bitches wallet who just dissrespects her customers, Especially the medical ones.


    I just wanted to get this out there, I have seen a lot of shit posted about attitude lately & avoided posting anything in their because I have had nothing bad to say until now, But now I say with a very loud voice, STAY AWAY FROM ATTITUDE.

    I will be breading my own seeds from here on out, Anything is better than putting money in the pockets of people who dont respect their customers.

I have had very bad experience with attitude seeds. They actually act like they don't want your business. They will not reply to call back only after 3 or 4 follow ups. One order was intercepted which was a monthly special. I call up and re-paid for the order which was intercepted with special handling and t-shirts and asked for the October special to be sent back to me. Then I order four more times with special handling for each with T-shirts. I got one order condensed with only one T-shirt and paid for the other T-shirts and special handling. Each order was into multiple UFO specials, they only sent one UFO package and no October special but kept all the special ordering money. I spent over a grand on seeds in 5 orders and they act like cheap business deals. I will never buy from there again and would rather more money on others. They treat their customers terrible.
