Strange phenomenon or genetic mutation?

you would like that.........that lights gonna lead to problems your space is gonna be hot.......if you dont use an ac hood and a seperate fan and filter in a closet youre doomed.........the attic is where you will want your ballast and one of your fans...... like everything else air is easier to pull than push
For the record...I AM looking at exhaust fans too. But I'm also trying to do this without spending too much

I keep going back to the all in one light from htg...it has a tempered glass lense and optional fittings at each end for exhaust...doesn't that kinda make it an air cooled hood? If so...I can spend more on a better quality fan...????

Talked to her in PM for a bit today. She's going with the Apollo on either amazon or ebay. Cool tube 400w mh/hps dimmable with hangers, bulbs and timer. :)
like $135 i think.

She want's to hook up a scrubber and inline to it for her exhaust.
I did this myself.

MD - Ebay, I got a 6" inline with a 6"(Hole diameter) x 10"(Scrubber Diameter) x 20" scrubber(Length) for $120

Nice!!! I wanted another Apollo 600 but they have been sold out so I went with the Thunder. I don't want to wait for them to be in stock again because I NEED MORE LIGHT RIGHT AWAY!!!!! LOL!

I haven't used a scrubber or anything. Every now and then when I am outside I can smell the sweet yummaaay!! I live in a legal state and have a card so I don't care if anyone smells it. :bigjoint:

I found a 4" with scrubber on Amazon for 100...6" is probably better though huh? Truth be told I can make a scrubber...spend the money on a better fan?

the 6" i got is 440CFM with a 120CFM booster. :) It would work for me much better if it was up in the air. But right now it's not exactly an option for me.

You can do whatever you like dear. I was just suggesting it because the price was so great for fan and scrubber.

I'm about to put holes in my tent. I have been thinking about putting a shelf in it. But attaching to studs in the wall on the side. I would need one able to support about 75 LBS. so That's about all that's stopping me right now.

It would need to be 3' long and have a minimum of 3 brackets to support everything. Mount the fan directly to it. and take a piece of wood, whatever length needed, to support the scrubber because it will not be flush with the shelf, due to the mounting bracket.

It seems like so much work. but in the end I will be able to drop my temps about 10 degrees and keep my tent closed all day long.
Been dealing with the extra heat from the 3rd light the last few days. UGH. lol
