Dang. Dude. Right after I ordered mine off wine chat. They stopped selling it! I'm pretty sure I was one of the last cali people to get it. As soon as mine arrived, everyone on here started asking how to get it. Now I'm stranded. Oregon is the closest state selling to itself... I believe.
Does Texas sell that legally? ???? If they do, I need to get you shipping me some twitch bulk/split..

400 pounds is 6400 ounces . and after I turned that into oil each ounce trim makes 3 grams oil medium quality so that's 192 ounces of oil @ 40 dollars a gram so that's 215000 over tho hundred thousand dollars !!!!!!!!!!!!! and after the butane cost I could retire on that for 8 years very easily. I sit home a lot and chill. your full of shit, If you had 400 pounds it would be so full of mold mites dirt from it heating . not going to tell you how to do some thing in your dreams , stop bull shitting us we know better, would have to be a Mexican grow out door . quality would be so piss pore they throw it away.

You forgot two zeros to the total number of ounces, friend. Butane is expensive. Have you viewed the link I put up using 5 liters of alcohol for 5 to 20 lbs of extract. Also, I don't know how often you work with bud, but they sell these things called nitrogen sealers. Google them. They'll extend the life of your product significantly. Best 5g buy to this day

for the past 15-20 years, since I was real young ive ALWAYS wanted to move to the triangle, and get involved nice and deep with those boys. an absolutely life long dream, its very high up on the bucket list.... youre not helping haha. If not for the work, definitely go for the scenery. Some of the most majestic land scape I've laid eyes on. Especially up north. You Have to take a trip up there. Harvest seasons upon us. Nice and skunky smelling everywhere!

I used 91%, so I was trying to reach boiling temperature to boil the remaining 9% off; but my griddle thing wasn't able to do that, even though it was on the max 425 temp. any recommendations on something more precise? maybe something I can use to dial in the exact temp? i'll post the link to the method after this since i'm still perplexed on the 'enter' thing.

here is a bag of "trim" I got from my guy. I am just wondering how you think it compares to what youre getting?

here is some stats on mine. If I remember.... they dried like 200+ lbs of bud on drying racks, and this is the stuff that fell through, and when they sorted it in mini kids baths this is the bottoms. I think I paid 50$ an OZ!! 16x more than you. I think I paid 1500 for a full lb of it. and I dont know how, I was there when it was weighed.. but I somehow got two lmao!! but whatever, as for the yields... I chopped 100 grams and ran like 6 cans of butane through it (too much, I know) and it yielded 18 grams. so not bad yield. I ran 200 grams in the bubble bags and tried to make bubble hash and yielded 14g.... I was pretty disappointed. gave the bags away after that. just some food for thought.. sounds like you want oil though and not hash. thats good

It was always called 'emergency mull' & put away for that day when..........That looks like nothing but bud leaf & pistils. You shouldn't set your sights on less than 10% however your trim looks like it contains a vast majority of marijuana parts. If we use trim; it's only sugar leafs.

I'm still interested to see how this turns out.

Minus the intended 165k equipment investment, and the 25k solubles. That's only 20k left, not a years salary.

Are you using a double boiler, the inside pot will not exceed 215F, and will help keep it from burning. How long did was it on for? 425 is way too high, for RSO max we use is around 250F. I use the reference because otherwise that's too much heat for "wax", that's more "oil".

I used two Pyrex dishes. Water in the bottom with the one containing the oil on top. The inside temps only got to 120 max. I read somewhere the boiling point of ISO was 150 degrees Fahrenheit.

it had turned out powdery last night, but it has turned into a sticky, orange, brown sugar like texture. I'm pretty sure there's still water in there, because I gave it plenty of time after the ISO dried up to make sure it completely evaporated, and I'm left with a slight cough and sizzle upon contact to my nail.

also, I ran it for about 6 hours then left to air dry over night.

also, I wanna do a few more trial runs with oakley's method. If I can perfect it, I might just do his bulk method and save quite a bit of loot. Meanwhile, my friends going to build me the terpinators in two weeks when he's back from Colorado.
