smell please help me

i have smelly plants and i dont want the smell to get out of the garage how do i stop this without spending the money i dont have on a carbon filter there must be a way

move them indoors and have lots of air freatheners on the go, burn incense, oils that kinda thing. have lots of pot puri in the garage.
