ive been getting good results using organic plant magic blooom with my autoflower grows. but it can differ also not all strains work with the same nutes, so unless you have tested other nutes to see how the plants handle them its hard to suggest nutes to try. but incase you fancy checking it out heres the link to where i get my nutes off the net. http://www.greenshorticulture.co.uk/categories/Organics/Plant-Magic/Plant-Magic-Oldtimer-Organic-Bloom/

Also keep in mind nutes have difference types as some are for vegging and others are for flowering stages. If im not mistaken Grow nutes are for vegging and the bloom nutes are for the flowring stages. IF your growing auto flowers then its best to skip grow nutes all together and just stick to bloom nutes but start them as a quater of the does first to begin introducing yor plants to the nutes. and they will show you how they are handling the addition to the grow.

But in general a toip you might want to concider P3D1977 is giving us a little more info about your own grow to build a mental picture of what your looking at in your groom.

like strain your growing, lighting, general setup info. as your question might be something other newbies need answers to in the future.

other than that in time others will find your post and no doubt they will also offer there own nute recommendations like i ddi. so give it some time. and other than that alls thats left to say is good luck with your grows an glad you picked Roll it up as your source for growing questions needs and knowledge!

im just about handling stuff offline. i will only suggest sites ive used or i know that others have used and had no issues with. theres always pros an cons about autos but if you can harvest some bud in a shorter time then no complaints.

your about week 7 -8 on your autos ive not done any online reasearching as ive been super busy but later today il see if i cant find the rough grow times for them straisn an then we cana see roughly how long your looking at before you finish up an prepair them for chopping.

The crystals your refering to are called Tricomes. This picture best describes the tricome stages better than anyone i no can detail each stage.

You may also want to buy a jewelers loupe (ebay roughly £10 -£15 plus P & P so dirt cheap) anything 40x upwards. that will allow you to get a much closer look at them crystals you have noticed.

i have the 40x loupe myself an with my mobile i get a pretty good triccome close up if i dont smoke a cone before i take the pics. I cant think of anything else to add for now but theres some helpful advice there that i can offer without needing more info off you.

quick way to get average times for growing what your growing. googel the seeds then you just use the "Flowering times 6-7 weeks" on the seedbanks description of the seeds your growing. then grow your beans by using the 6-7 as stated as a guideline an the tricome checking with your poupe will be the part which helps you work out first hand when they are ready. With the tricomes being at the level you want them at.
